Well, I was able to get them to upgrade me to free overnite shipping - with one caveat -- I had to switch from Silver to Gold.. No biggie -- the color doesnt matter to me, its in a case. Only reason I picked silver was because in the past, thats been the last to sell out. This year apparently the least popular still scheduled for availability on Friday is the gold.
I ordered at 2am, but took until 2:41 to finish order. Shipping dates are 9/21-26 and 9/21-10/9. Took too long for csr to complete order.

Checked with T-Mobile and T-Force and they both said order looks fine and can expect delivery by 9/21. Still a little skeptic. I will believe it only when I see tracking

Ugh. I got my pre-order in at 12:15 online (after wasting time with T-Force). Still no tracking. No IMEI. I got charged yesterday morning.

Is "Brightstar" related to T-mobile somehow? I got a delivery scheduled from them for tomorrow through UPS.
Question-did anyone who ordered through T-Mobile, and doesn't have UPS MyChoice because its being delivered to your work address, find out how to track via reference number on the UPS Website?
not me, but got my order in so late I doubt I will see anything happening until tomorrow.

If memory serves correctly, Brightstar is a trade-in outfit. They work with Target and with Apple. Did you schedule any kind of trade in for cash? They may be sending you a box.

FINALLY... after some tweaking... and creating a new UPS My Choice account with my girlfriend added to it... I have tracking for one of my phones! I didn't order the second one until Sunday though... so tracking will probably take longer for that one!

I see a lot of post that says according to shipping info they’ll receive “by Friday”. I know with fedex they are put on a restricted hold. With UPS? First time doing pre order with TMo/UPS as shipper. Last year had VZW they used fedex.

I didn't use a reference number. I had an old UPS My Choice account from before my girlfriend and I lived together. She never had one. I was trying add her as a "household member" to my old account and it wasn't working right. So I then proceeded to delete my old account and created a new account with her name first and me as a household member. UPS automatically associated the T-Mobile shipment with my address and populated it in the new MyChoice account. I just changed the shipment to go to the UPS Hub with myself as the pickup person instead of her.

Zero. As for the people that got iPhones shipped early, you can essentially count them on your hand
Did you add her as a household member? I had to do the same with my mother in law, wondering if the tracking came up immediately after saving changes.
