Hilarious reading this forum every year and watch every freak out. Everyone keeps going back to customer care to ask people who don’t know any more info than you do when it comes to when you’ll receive your phone. Then on launch day, everyone gets them

Same for mine. No movement. I ordered Friday 3:20am. What ship date are you showing?

Mine says: Estimated to ship 09/21/2018 - 10/02/2018

I'm currently doing a chat on the Tmobile app with a customer service rep, and he/she is telling me that no one will be getting their phones on 9/21. He/she is saying that 9/21 is the ship date. When I clarified and said that delivered by and shipped by are two different dates, he/she clearly said yes, all Tmobile customers will have phones SHIPPED BY 9/21. So then I again asked, "so then no one will be getting their phones on 9/21? That's when they will be sent out?". And he/she stated, "Yes, 9/21 is the start of the shipping for all T-mobile customers."

Hmmm...

I got my UPS notification but it shows Ground shipping. He/she said that it takes 3-5 days to get it shipped with Ground. He/she then said that with the phone being shipped on 9/21, it would take 3-5 business days after that to get my house...

I don't know if I should believe this person. Something doesn't seem right.

Yeah, at the end of the conversation the rep said I'd be receiving the phone on launch day hahaha

Are people getting tracking numbers from T-mobile in their e-mail or just via my choice? I want to get mine so I can redirect the phone to the ups locker since I will not be home when UPS comes.

UPS My Choice currently. Just checked my JOD page on the T-Mobile app and it says Active-Shipped with IMEI Number. But front-page of app still says processing. Also I just tried to redirect package to my local UPS Store and it says action not allowed. I think it has to be sent to the address on file with T-Mobile. It just means I gotta be home all day Friday....

I find it interesting that the shipping cost seem to fluctuate from order to order. I wasn't offered any free options, but tforce just credited my account for the shipping! Yeah!

Order processed ready for UPS as of 5:05am this morning. Phone is shipping 2nd day air and watch is shipping UPS ground. I’m confident phone will be here on Friday.

Bummer you can't redirect it to the store. I never understood why they block this since they still require a id and a signature. Guess I will have to fly home a bit early Friday to catch the truck.

UPS my choice. doesn't show up in T-Mobile account as shipped. I haven't received the UPS My Choice "a package is coming" email either... that will likely show up when there is an estimated shipping date.

never got charged yet but i ordered at midnight my dates is still 9/21-9/21 ATM i expect it after wards honestly but whatever i still haven't decided on a case yet anyways.

I ended up ordering a tech matte glass one that I will be getting today. Looks like it should be good. If not I will use it for the meantime. Need to have something when I get the phone. Skinomi glass says November...
