Carrier T-Mobile 2018 New iPhone Pre-Order Thread

Preordered 9/15 at 9pm

CC was just charged two hours ago

No tracking info however.

I’m not even tripping. I’ve been down this road the past four years. When the Card gets charged its only a short time before tracking info updates.

I AM however upset that Tmobile charged me $24 for two day shipping. I’m seriously considering sending a complaint to Core and getting a credit as thats never happened before

Just contact them via Facebook and get it refunded

The morning of 9/15 (Sat) I read here where the down payments were all over the place and I knew I had a steller account with T-mobile, so I contacted T-Force thru messenger. The whole “down payment” thing has been a fiasco. For some reason I was moved out of JOD without my consent or knowledge so when the phone rep was talking about EIP I almost lost it. The issue was i had called a DAY beforehand when preorders started to make sure everything on my account was straight for when I was ready and was told everything was fine and that my JOD down payment would only be $99 for the XS Max 64GB. Called the next day and was told some other ********, so I threatened to cancel service ad was told I could preorder on EIP for $99 down.

Wasn’t too worried about shipping dates as i’ve gotten every iphone I preordered the last four years either on launch day or two days after.

I got the 64GB XS Max in Gold of anyone was wondering

With the Costco deal, could they order you an out of stock iPhone XS or XS Max for pick up or delivery to a home address?

And to get the full MasterCard, do you have to keep one of the new SIMs in one of the two new devices if you already have service and would just add a line? Or I can stick the new line in a crappy Nexus 5X and have that showing usage until I get my prepaid debit card?
 
Placed order on 09/14 at 3 pm CT for XS 64GB Space Grey. My credit card got changed today around 11 am CT. Still waiting for UPS tracking info to show in my UPS account.
 
The only thing I envy about Samsung users is that when a device goes up for pre-order they will often ship it to the customers days before the device even launches in stores. Unless you're a big time reviewer you're likely to get your iPhone on launch day. On an unrelated sidenote I hope apple enables picture in picture and split screen apps on the Max. I'd be completely satisfied if they did that.

Okay. Went through my email and found this from last year with my iPhone X. Tmobile had it for ground shipping but when UPS got it, it was switched to next day air and delivered way before the estimated shipping date ( I ordered very late last year).
