My card was charged but I don’t have any tracking info from T-Mobile. Any hope for me for Friday?

Edit: never mind, credit card charge is still “pending.” Not a good sign probably.

This has been the worse experience. I've been talking to reps since yesterday. The first rep said nobody was getting their phone for launch as everyone phone was going to be shipped on Friday. I was at work so I couldn't get more into it as to why t-mobile would do this cheap. Then I spoke with someone else and explained that alot of us never got to pick out shipping and then explained again and asked wth am I getting my phone on Monday it makes no sense. Ugh I'm extremely upset at t-mobile. The guy was telling me he will put in an investigation. I told him u have alot of angry customers. I did get a credit on my account but honestly that was not enough to make it right this is not right. This makes no sense. I'm not saying the time I pre ordered was okay it was an hr into the pre ordering but by reading you guys post some of you with ground ordered as soon as the pre order went live and don't have any information as to when you will be recieveing your device. This is unacceptable. How do I contact corporate?

I got charged on the 13th. Mine still just says “ships by 9/21/18” and when i preorder i don’t know if it was a glitch or what but i preordered 5 minutes before midnight. I don’t think I’ll get mine tomorrow at all. I think last year i got it a few days after as well

Yeah, two months later I got my Jet Black 7+, and I spent the next two years dealing with a jacked up phone bill every month. I only got off "the ride" last week. Just in time to get "jerked around and abused" by this sham of a mobile provider. I feel like an abused dog.

Same here I talked to the guy from T-Mobile he said ships by 9/21 will ship on that day and if it’s ground shipping it will be few more days. I went to UPS.com and moved it to Monday since it was earliest day I could do it but they charged $5.00 for the change.
 
Mine now says 9/21 EOD

If phones don't ship today (Thursday), then no one with T-Mobile will be getting them on Friday. Only those who walk into the store to get one will have a new phone.

In that case, T-Mobile wasn't lying when they said they'd ship out on Friday. NOT delivered, so we can't complain and say they're wrong.
At this point I feel like y’all just tryna find something to complain about lol ... once again, if you have tracking, you’ll have the phone friday
