Carrier T-Mobile 2018 New iPhone Pre-Order Thread

So I just changed my watch delivery to pick up in store, and the date changed to “information unavailable”. Wondering if that’s why my phone label hasn’t changed. Anyone else experiencing this?

I think a lot of us are going to get origin scans fairly soon. I count 6 flights that are about to land from Anchorage.

How do you track flights and how do you know yours is on ?

Mine isn’t even determined, so I guess I’m getting it in two months again. Maybe I should cancel it and pick one up in the store Saturday. Serves me right for thinking t-mobile can do anything even remotely right. This company is total b.s. I can’t believe they even make money!

How do you track flights and how do you know yours is on ?

If you buy your phone direct from apple, you’ll see departures from China before it comes here. It’s pretty cool. This site shows those planes, but since I ordered through T-Mobile, I won’t see tracking until the origin scan, just like everyone else here.

Ordered XS 64GB SG 9/14 late afternoon EDT.
Card charged Tuesday 9/18 AM.
IMEI number listed on T-Mo account page with it listed as “shipped” Tuesday night.
UPS label created late Tuesday night.
Listed as Ground tonight (Wednesday).
No physical movement so far.

How did you change yours to CC it won’t let me do that ?

Changed on my pc. It wouldn’t give me a CC when searching on the app or through safari on my phone. Had to physically go on my pc

If you chose to hold at CC are they left there and don’t go for a ride? Or can you request the deliver to CC and get it when they open (closest to me opens at 10am)?

With my customer service center as long as the package has been sorted by opening time can you get the email it’s ready for pick up you can get it at opening

I'm in AZ, with ground, and it just updated to show Friday by the end of the day. Good Lord willin' and the creek don't rise, I'll get it then.

I just checked UPS and there has been no movement BUT it has a delivery date of TODAY (9/20) by end of day!

I doubt that'll happen, but its the first movement I've seen

From my understanding, they leave it there for you to pick up

Mad at myself I selected ground delivery when I pre order by mistake, I paid ups 5 bucks to move to to Monday for the earliest which sucks because it ships out on Friday for me so earliest i can do is Monday. Oh well lol

Mine has been updated with the CC location I’m going to pick it up at (the change request was approved). I also did a change pick up date request for the 21st which was also approved (I think...). Still shows date as being unavailable though

Someone on the T Mobile thread on reddit has movement on his! It just randomly updated showing it was processing in his city. Here’s the snap I grabbed. He could be trolling but the label created scan lines up with mine.

At least those of us that ordered within the first 30 minutes to an hour should be getting origin scans.
