No update on my phone--ordered through T-Mobile, but my Watch was on a flight that departed China and arrived in Anchorage at 4:34 local time, gonna be a lot of origin scans tomorrow I think, like others have said.

At least those of us that ordered within the first 30 minutes to an hour should be getting origin scans.
I’m hoping so! Gotta just pray!

Someone on the T Mobile thread on reddit has movement on his! It just randomly updated showing it was processing in his city. Here’s the snap I grabbed. He could be trolling but the label created scan lines up with mine.
That’s the same time my label was created....

Mine got scanned into UPS today!!!

If I choose any place but the CC is that going to add a day to my delivery? Want to get it Friday but the CC is a bit of a drive from work and after work it'll be closed... What to do?

What kind of scan?

I don’t think you were scanned. I think you just got label notification
I'm hopeful it'll start moving and I can get it day one, but when I ordered it said the date was 9/26-10/2. So won't be too disappointed if it doesn't

But does anyone know if changing the shipping to a regular UPS store and not a cc will affect the shipping date?

Correct. Origin scan will be the first scan.

Moving it to a store might add a day.

Order status: Kept on hold.

Had a bank card error which I correct yesterday and it was successfully charged. I'm calling now to see if it will still ship this week; based on other people with this status, it seems its just an error in the system and that it's still processing.

Edit: They just confirmed it's ready for UPS and provided a tracking number via phone support.

I find it odd that ATT already has phones in specific cities, shipping to customers, while Tmobile hasn't even received their phones into their warehouse in Jeffersonville, IL....

Why is T-Mobile the only carrier to be just shipping on launch day?

Would moving it to CC add a day as well??

Like your local delivery hub? You should be able to get it the same day it arrives.
[doublepost=1537428834][/doublepost]Well, I guess we'll start getting T-mobile shipping texts and origin scans TODAY!

I think they have the phones. That's why we can see IMEI numbers. T-Mobile attached a phone to your account, packaged it, and put a UPS shipping label on it. Now they're probably sitting on pallets waiting to be handed off to UPS.

This all happens far away from customer service which is why they don't give straight answers.

My cards been charged since last Sunday and I’ve been being billed for a phone since the 16th yet my phone hasn’t even shipped yet. Wtf is wrong with T-Mobile? Why should I make payment on a phone a week before it arrives.

T-mobile is the Red-Headed Stepchild of Apple iPhones. Why do you think we just last year got put on the apple website? It used to just be AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint.

but they’re not. Phones will start movement today with everyone reporting origin scans.

Why would you think that? I truly think there’ll be a lot of upset people in this thread when their phones get shipped on Friday, and arrive at their door 1-2 business days later.

T-Mobile dropped the ball...

Last year phones didn’t move for most people until Thursday. And the NDA vs ground vs two day shipping didn’t matter either.

for all the pre order veterans:
ordered 9/15 (max 64gb SG)
estimated ship dates 9/26-10/09
when do you think I can expect to see any movement on phone?
spoke to rep and said it will ship out tomorrow

If phones don't ship today (Thursday), then no one with T-Mobile will be getting them on Friday. Only those who walk into the store to get one will have a new phone.

In that case, T-Mobile wasn't lying when they said they'd ship out on Friday. NOT delivered, so we can't complain and say they're wrong.

This has been the worse experience. I've been talking to reps since yesterday. The first rep said nobody was getting their phone for launch as everyone phone was going to be shipped on Friday. I was at work so I couldn't get more into it as to why t-mobile would do this cheap. Then I spoke with someone else and explained that alot of us never got to pick out shipping and then explained again and asked wth am I getting my phone on Monday it makes no sense. Ugh I'm extremely upset at t-mobile. The guy was telling me he will put in an investigation. I told him u have alot of angry customers. I did get a credit on my account but honestly that was not enough to make it right this is not right. This makes no sense. I'm not saying the time I pre ordered was okay it was an hr into the pre ordering but by reading you guys post some of you with ground ordered as soon as the pre order went live and don't have any information as to when you will be recieveing your device. This is unacceptable. How do I contact corporate?

I don’t recall anyone last year posting about getting ground labels from UPS.. Maybe an isolated person or two.. At least during the 8 phase of it. Pretty sure most everyone had NDA.
