I’m yet another person with UPS ground with an estimated delivery of 9/21. There is hope for all of us!

It just means that T-Mobile is offering 20% off accessories. When you click on the package details, you’ll see a banner at the top with a promo code for 20% off accessories from T-Mobile

I just realized this says 1.70 lbs. I ordered my watch seperate a couple days after launch. I hope they didn’t decide to put my phone and watch in one shipment and then screw me for launch day.

I just realized this says 1.70 lbs. I ordered my watch seperate a couple days after launch. I hope they didn’t decide to put my phone and watch in one shipment and then screw me for launch day.

I have two different tracking numbers. One is 1.10 lbs and the other is 1.70 lbs.

Mine isn’t even determined, so I guess I’m getting it in two months again. Maybe I should cancel it and pick one up in the store Saturday. Serves me right for thinking t-mobile can do anything even remotely right. This company is total b.s. I can’t believe they even make money!

When I perordered my iPhone 7 Plus with tmo, I didn't get it on launch day, had to wait all weekend, got it on Monday. That sucked! So much for free overnight shipping.

Just FYI, some local UPS deliveries are operated by private UPS owners (yes you can own UPS trucks and operate), it mean they own couple of UPS trucks and deliver the goods and the driver and owner get a good commission per delivery. It might be that certain driver or center, messed up that order sometimes due to lack of sufficient drivers or too many orders to deliver. It happened to me once I ordered overnight through Amazon and missed the day.

Just to confirm, if you’ve been assigned an IMEI number and it says active shipped, this means you will get it Friday?

So I just changed my watch delivery to pick up in store, and the date changed to “information unavailable”. Wondering if that’s why my phone label hasn’t changed. Anyone else experiencing this?

Ask T-Force for your tracking number. I asked them and they gave it to me.
