I have had tracking for my first order (12:15am Friday - XS 64GB Space Grey -T-Mobile.com) since Monday morning. But on Sunday morning, I ordered a second with $700 off add-a-line (64GB XS Gold) via T-Force on Facebook. I have nothing on the second one. No IMEI, no tracking. Not even a new line showing in the account. All I have is the order number the rep gave me at the time of placing it.

I'm new to this thread but this is currently my order. I originally ordered a 64GB iPhone XS Max in gold on the 14th around 5:00pm but I cancelled it on the 17th because I wanted a bigger sized phone. I felt as if it's a waste to spend $2.99 a month on the 200GB iCloud plan when I could just buy a bigger sized phone. So I opted for the 256GB iPhone XS Max in gold and T-Mobile was going to put me on the lower end of the shipping list. So I begged them to put me back on the priority shipment list because I did originally order a phone on the first day of pre-orders. They eventually put me back on the priority shipment . I would seriously love if the phone came on the 20th.

Oh yeah. I am in Maryland so maybe that's why my delivery date is set to tomorrow.

T-Mobile has not sent me a receipt yet and says my order is still processing though. I do have an IMEI number on the EIP page and it says active-shipped.

No idea... customer care may have some info, or just reinforce that you should see your order shipped during that window.
I ordered a phone, 2 watches. I think I'm honestly more excited for the watch, but have not received any info on those. Hoping I get charged tonight or tomorrow morning then tracking.

I have the worst luck with any T-Mobile rep lol. I can never find one who knows anything about it. The last time I asked, they said all devices are back ordered and will be sent out once received from Apple . Still have yet to find someone who can provide tracking info. My card was charged on Sunday and I have an IMEI for it on my account.
 
Has anyone ever asked UPS to hold it at their customer care center and it gets delayed until Monday? I want to have them hold on because I’m afraid they’ll deliver while I’m at work and it could get stolen, but I would hate having to wait all weekend to get it.
I’ve had them hold it for me at a UPS store without any problem, hopefully you can too :)
 
For those of us who were charged last night/early this morning, when's the latest to get a tracking number for Friday delivery? Wasn't sure if 'shipped by 9/21-9/21' meant delivered on 9/21.
