Why do you think it works out like this? I agree with you BTW.
Special deal with apple, mobile carriers and shipping carrier probably allows for special treatment. As for packages getting transported via ground faster than normal sometimes, it comes down to logistics. As e-commerce grows, their operations improve. Same with FedEx and USPS. Much faster than their typical estimated delivery dates. The package delivery timing they quote is usually to cover themselves.
 
I’m so confused about how they hand out tracking numbers. I preordered our two 64 GB XS Max’s within 15-20 minutes of preorders going live. Still no tracking info available for either of them.

Don’t worry it happens fast. In previous years I never seen anything until the last minute. Even this time around but now it seems to be going along smooth

You probably already have tracking. You just haven't found it yet. It would pop up in the UPS app or you can get it from T-force.

Nobody with a tracking number got it from T-Mobile's website.
