Haha well if it helps I won’t be home to get it until Sunday because I’m going away for the weekend. My mom offered to stop by and wait for it though.
 
They changed the tracking number on my watch so I had to redirect it again for pickup. anyone else have this happen? It did get a origin scan and is 2nd day air.
 
Just talked to t force he said it should be both phones tomorrow but who really knows? Hoping all you guys and gals with ground shipping comes in as well tomorrow!

Hey question for you guys do your orders say ground or next air delivery? I opted for the free shipping because I never had to pay for release day delivery with tmobile thanks

Some of us got 2nd day air and some of us got UPS ground(like myself). So far no movement on the UPS ground labels, the 2nd day airs have origin scans with ETA for tomorrow.
 
SoCal DTLA - Mine just updated to show delivery by end of day, tomorrow 9/21. Still no origin scan, however.

Will requesting to have it held change my delivery date or I can just pick it up from the address they provide and not have to wait until the delivery guy arrives?

I’ve had UPS hold it at their store and it wasn’t a problem. I did that last year with my 8 Plus.
 
Mine scanned this morning. Worried in not gonna be home for it tomorrow. Should I asked them to hold it at the customer care center? Would that cause any delays?
 
I don't think origin scans are groups in when preorders were made. I'm starting to think they're basing a lot on the type of shipping on the labels... I made my preorder before midnight on the 13th, but have ground. I've noticed a few who posted about making their preorders later, but have already gotten their origin scans. Our locations are relatively close. Unless it's completely random hahaha.

Still don't have an estimated delivery date as well :(

i swear these tmobile reps know nothing. i was told on twitter help that my order was fine and just waiting to be shipped
now on the tmobile chat i was told my card was not charged but told her its inccorect as i see the charge on my card.

they have no clue what they are doing smh
 
Was up in the middle of the night (2am PT) and saw I had an IMEI number and my status was "Active Shipped"

About 9:00am (also PT) I got a UPS My Delivery notice, arriving Friday by end of day. Tracking detail shows an 11:23am Origin Scan for Louisville, KY.

This is for a Xs Max 512GB Gold heading for the Westside of Los Angeles. Tomorrow I will be a basket case. Every time a truck drives down the street I will perk up and think "is this it?" And we get a LOT of deliveries (600+ unit townhouse community). I'll be like Pavlov's dog when he doesn't get fed :)

Yes, to ups there’s no difference whether it’s a phone or a brick, next day air posts more urgency to then it makes sense that they would process those first
