When I traded in my iPhone X on the order screen, it was presented as $415 with $193 now and $222 spread over 30 credits. On all of the documentation of my order I can only see the $193 trade in value but I don't see anywhere the commitment of paying the additional $222. Does anyone know where that shows up? I'm not doubting it, but I would like to see it documented in writing somewhere before I actually mail in my trade in phone.

I ordered the 12 pro right at launch (signed EIP at 5:00am Mountain). I havent been charged yet, nor have I seen a tracking number in mychoice. Hopefully my card gets charged soon.

Your ship date is in mid November?

I’ve never heard of that. I was always told there is a restocking fee unless your device have a defect.

Incorrect. Online or instore you still have a restocking fee

Anyone seeing movement? Looks like phones are moving in China if you ordered direct from Apple.
Oddly enough, Apple had and or has a massive amount of phones already stateside. They are in processing facilities. I’ve seen several photos of processing warehouses full of phones on Twitter. Naturally I don’t see the photos now. (Maybe deleted posts)

Got tracking on what I think is one phone, says it weighs 0.8lbs? I ordered 2 phone at different times. Wouldn’t you think Tmo would combine into one shipment to save money?

I am trading an X also. All my paperwork has said that I’ll be getting the full $415 spread out over 30 months at $13.83/month. Going through the order it mentioned $193 and then $222, but honestly either way is fine with me.
