My status still says the same, one page it says processing estimated ship date 9/23-9/26 and another page says estimated ship date 9/24-9/27 so who knows. I’ve talked to 2 reps and told 2 different things. The last one told me it was back ordered. I ordered within 10 min of it going live and didn’t even get this years new color so how could it be back ordered by then? Makes no sense.
What does yours say?

One of the phones I paid for next day. The other phone I just got the free second day Air shipping that was offered. Both phones show to be delivered tomorrow.

Same exact situation. They told me the same and I’m like um like wtf how is it on back order if I ordered right when it was available

I’ve had a phone ordered from T-Mobile before that didn’t ship until after 11pm and still got it the next day. It’s definitely possible.

Did you see it on mychoice or you got tracking from T-Mobile directly? Ordered mine and signed EIP by 7:58am ET on the 17th and still nothing.

Ordered on 9/17 9:20am cst for 13 PM Blue 256GB. T-mobile shows the expect date 9/28-10/5. I was surprised to receive the tracking number by UPS. I thought it doesn't make it 9/24......
