This may have been answered but I haven't found an answer yet. Hope someone here knows. I have a 12 Pro Max with a physical T-Mobile SIM. I will be getting my 13 Pro tomorrow. Is it possible to just move the SIM to the 13 Pro from the 12 PM and have everything work?

I have read were I can transfer service from my 12PM physical SIM to an eSim in the 13 Pro. Not sure how well that would work. Any advice?
 
I spoke with a rep just now. Silver was originally listed as back ordered but it changed. She said there is no tracking number yet but it looks like my phone (PM 128 silver, order completed 9:17 Eastern) is ready to ship.

You can move your physical sim to the new phone with no problems. You'll be able to make calls, data, and text immediately.

I asked chat too this am they had nothing I called and got it immediately

Sadly they still had no tracking info for me. :-(

She said they had been charging people multiple days before shipping to ensure peoples cards don't decline.

Which is different from I had been told by another rep that its charged the day it ships or the day before.

Oh well... it could still ship today or tomorrow. Just have to wait and see. If not, then I'm going to be really worried whether I get it in time before my 10/2 vacation or not.

Got MyChoice and T-mobile emails….. shipped and arriving tomorrow.

someone asked about eSIM….. when I switched last week to T-mobile on my XS max the SIM they put in didn’t work with the personal hotspot. Their support changed me to the eSIM and it worked. Been fine all week on it.

Ok so I am showing active-shipped on my iPhone 13 pro max. Just no tracking, no updates from T-Mobile. Nada. Any suggestions on what I can use for a tracking reference?
 
I tried changing to a CC for pickup but it won’t let me. No option is available for pickup at a CC.

Its unlikely T-Mobile will have a 256gb in store. From my experience they only ever seem to carry 128gb in stock at the store. If I only needed 128gb then definitely could be worth the shot.
 
Got mine as well at 11:28am! I’ll check if I can change the delivery to the CC
I was just able to set mine to be held at the nearest CC to me. Wasn't seeing an option to do it online, but I chatted with their support and they got it done for me. Will pickup when they open then head out of town! Fun weekend ahead

So I called UPS and they said that the package will be delivered on Monday because they just got the package today even though T-Mobile assured me it’ll be delivered tomorrow. Who to believe? And also because it’s a 2 day air delivery.

I’ll forget about T-Mobile and just go to the apple store tomorrow morning to see if I can get one. If not, I’ll see my phone in 3-4 weeks when I get back to the country. Good luck everyone!
 
Phone finally changed to “On the way” in the UPS app for delivery tomorrow.

Now I just gotta see if I can get my iPad mini early from Apple tomorrow so I don’t miss my iPhone
 
So I just saw on the T-Mobile website that the Pro Max Sierra Blue 256gb is back ordered to potentially as late as November 23rd if you place an order now. So a 2 month back order. They got so many 1 TB Sierra Blue orders they won't even allow anymore orders.

This basically means T-Mobile did not even have enough phones for even 50% of preorders. Thats really sad they were this unprepared.

Figures I ordered the most popular color, and most popular storage option for preorders.

Does anyone with a Pro Max 256GB Sierra Blue have their tracking? If so, what time did you order?

I called the t-mobile store and he said its possible they could have some in store to buy, but they would only be the 256gb. I'm not sure that will be quite enough for me. That will be pushing it. Especially since i want to do a good bit of video recording with it.
