Other T-Mobile iPhone 13/Mini & Pro/Pro Max Pre Order Thread

Anybody live in Florida and had their label created in IN? If so, have you seen any movement?

My line still shows my current EMEI 😔

When i go to this order status page and manually search my order, then it says "back ordered" with a 10/5 ship fate and 10/5 delivery date, which of course makes zero sense lol.

I don't understand why I was charged yesterday if mine isn't shipping today. T-Mobile said that means it would be received Friday for me, but starting to believe that will not be the case.

It seems like they charged me but then realized, oh actually we don't have enough for this guy. Put him on back order. I'm pretty disappointed with how T-Mobile has handled this fir me so far.

My scan is in Louisville, KY and I’m right outside Lexington, KY. So I’m only 40-60 mins away from it.

I believe most of these initial scans (if not all) will come from Louisville. I know Apple sends their preorders from China to the UPS World Hub in Louisville. There they hit customs and then go out their separate directions towards their final destination

Based off that time frame I won't get mine for another week. I leave out of state 10/2. If i don't get the device before then, I will have to cancel the order and I'll be really disappointed with T-Mobile.

Call. They will have your tracking. I called they sent me the text. My label was created 9/18

If you ordered Friday morning I wouldn’t be surprised if you get a tracking number today and receive your device tomorrow. They could just be slow with updating accounts.

I wouldn’t worry yet. It could ship out later tonight and still make it for delivery tomorrow.

The phone I ordered on Sunday just got scanned in KY. The phone I ordered first thing Friday hasn’t been picked up yet. It’ll get shipped out at some point today/tonight.

Same situation here. Charged yesterday but no UPS and no update from T-Mobile.

Yeah I ordered Friday morning but not till about 85 minutes after launch, so at 925am est

Thats what the T-Mobile rep told me yesterday, but I personally find it hard to believe that BOTH t-mobile and UPS are not updating their systems. I mean its possible, but just seems unlikely.
 
Just got origin scan in KY. But my delivery says Thursday Sept 23 by 7pm... That's definitely not right... Hopefully this doesn't mean the ETA for scanned packages are completely incorrect..

Yeah I did on one of my orders, the other hasn’t yet.

It was scanned in KY

Not yet, still waiting. I live in Florida. Crazy that we haven't gotten origin scans yet and the phones are supposed to be here tomorrow. Although, I never got my tracking via UPS My Choice, instead, I got my tracking number when I chatted with T-Mobile Help on Twitter, and that shows just that the label was created on 9/18 and tracking information shows that I should check back tomorrow for an estimated delivery date.

They’ll get scanned in throughout the day and evening.

If its coming from Kentucky then thats true it could make it over to me in Maryland in 1 day pretty easily. Even if it shipped out tomorrow and got it Saturday I'd still be satisfied.

Ugh that sucks! Hopefully that proves to not be the case and you still get it tomorrow. What time did you place your order again?
