I’m assuming that because if you send something UPS 2-day, places within a certain radius will get it in 1 day, they’d need to sort everything by destination to be sure there aren’t any packages that arrive today. However what would be way easier would be for UPS to hold everything until the day before and then send it overnight. So I’m guessing we’ll all start seeing movement on our packages later today.
It wouldn't surprise me to not see movement on some of the packages until late tonight.

I got my iphone 12 pro from T-Mobile though I ordered it a month or two after the launch. But I paid for overnight shipping and ordered it late in the afternoon. I was able to find my tracking info via UPS mychoice within a few hours of ordering however when I went to bed that night around 10:30, UPS still hadn't received the package. So I figured I'd have to wait another day, however when I woke up the next day I found that UPS received the package after 11pm and it was delivered that day.

As of today, 9/22/21:
Placed order for 256GB 13 Pro Max, Sierra Blue, on Friday 9/17/21 late in afternoon (PST).
Shipping dates from 9/28 to 10/5.
T-mobile shows status as "In Process". CC account shows payment as pending.

Does not look like I will get the phone on launch day, but I did not expect to. I am hoping it does ship out early next week.
You might. My ordered got cancelled from Friday and I had to re-order Saturday. Got charged later in the day. Still shows pending with estimated ship time from 9/28-10/5 but on my UPS My choice account a label was created with estimated ship for Friday. I have the iPhone pro 13 256gb

I could totally see T-Mobile having so many shipments that everything gets loaded on pallets and sent to Louisville before UPS does their first scan and sort. Louisville does most of the work for overnight packages around midnight so I’d guess the first scan was there.

Just found this older article that says Sprint was partnered with UPS in KY. UPS was fully in charge of picking and packaging orders. I bet the new T-Mobile / Sprint is the same way.

So i got an email yesterday that my account was charged and i had a hold since saturday. This morning. The funds are back in my account and order still process for 9/23-26 what does this mean? In my eip it show the iphone active-shipped with the imei

Strange. Same happened to me… charge just fell off.

Amazing how efficient shipping has become since the dot com world started. No one mails letters anymore all large packages and boxes. Amazon has the fastest system in my opinion they have only screwed up a handful of times out of over 1000 deliveries for me!!

I know to take info from CSRs with a grain of salt, but this is my first experience with T-Mobile. It sounds like he’s saying none of my devices will ship until they’re all ready… Anyone have any experience to say whether or not that’s accurate? My card was charged yesterday so I was thinking that was my ticket to a launch day delivery, but now I’m wondering if that’s true.

Were all phones part of the same order? Have you found any tracking info via UPS mychoice?

Honestly after dealing with t mobile for the past few pre orders I wouldn’t believe anything CS reps say. If they were all placed under individual orders then they will ship as they become available, not wait until all are ready. Hope you see them tomorrow man! Charge is a good indicator. I’ve seen things get labels created and ship in the middle of the night Friday and still arrive in the morning by release.

Anyone with Jeffersonville IN shipment get origin scan? Looks like KY folks are getting them, hopefully IN will too soon

Edit: looks like Jeffersonville is literally across a bridge from Louisville, so origin scans for IN might be Louisville as well..

Thanks for the update everyone. Still no origin scan for me but hopefully I’ll get it tomorrow. I do plan to go to the store tomorrow if I don’t get an update from ups.

As you all know I have a last min emergency travel this Saturday and I won’t be back to the states for many many weeks so I hope that I can get this phone before I leave.

Ill try to get it in person tomorrow but if I don’t then I don’t. I won’t stress about it. Have other bigger things to stress about.

Congrats yall! I hope to have the same at some point today. Pre-charge disappeared on Tuesday and hasn't come back out yet again..I see all the signs that point to movement (online act....ect....) but still shows nothing more than label created...

I am a label created only and from Jeffersonville, IN. no movement and no more charge on credit card. Should see something today I would imagine.

Has anyone from T Mobile or Sprint arranged to pick up their phone from a UPS CC rather than get it delivered? Now that it’s been scanned in I’ve sent an email asking to pick it up tomorrow at the CC. Waiting to hear back and crossing my fingers it doesn’t delay it.

This is my plan. I have a cc nearby. I’ve done the same previous years and it has worked. I live in a building where the doorbell doesn’t work lol.
