Yeah mine did too, it changed as soon as the date changed to the 23rd (right after midnight). Most likely because UPS hasn’t received the packages yet and the system did it automatically because the 24th is now one day away.
Ah that makes sense for sure. Just curious that it wasn’t just me lol.
Mine just did that, and I would definitely chalk it up to that. Should start seeing movement later today definitely.
Greetings all, new T-Mobile subscriber here! I went into store over the weekend to get my wife and I the Essentials plan ($90/month for 2 lines, 50GB Premium Data), and got talked into both my wife and I getting iPhone 13 Pros 🤣
Wasn’t going to upgrade my 12 Pro (and wife upgrading from her X, had pre-ordered from Apple), but in-store they had a “Buy One Get One” where if you buy 1 13 Pro, you get $800 off another one (as bill credits spread over 24 months). And this worked for non-Magenta plans, which I really wanted (50gb Premium Data more than enough for my wife and I, we use 10-15gb avg per month). Basically getting a 13 Pro for $200, and can sell my 12 Pro on Swappa for still decent money. Hopefully I‘m happy with T-Mobile over that time, that the incentive not to switch re:not losing my bill credits, doesn’t become a relevant issue.
Got a 13 Pro Graphite 128gb for me, and a 13 Pro Gold 256gb for the wife coming. Mine showing this Fri delivery, and wife’s still says 9/24 - 10/1, but based on this thread, looks like good chance both will come this Fri!

Placed order for 256GB 13 Pro Max, Sierra Blue, on Friday 9/17/21 late in afternoon (PST).
Shipping dates from 9/28 to 10/5.
T-mobile shows status as "In Process". CC account shows payment as pending.
Does not look like I will get the phone on launch day, but I did not expect to. I am hoping it does ship out early next week.

Mine isn’t shipped yet either, unless I check the EIP details page. There I have an IMEI assigned and that status message.
How do I find eip details page from my account online? Is that my lease agreement modification pdf?

Congrats to those that get their devices launch day. I’m bummed - ordered 9/17 was ahead of time for preorder thanks to the kind reps at T-Mo my order didn’t get placed until 11:15cst now I have dates of 10/28-11/22 iPhone 13 PM Silver 128gb 😩😔. Looks like I’m in for the long haul
Yea i ordered at 8:25 am EST and I'm not getting it on launch day either it seems like like, lesson learned order directly from apple next time. No biggie
Interesting, both my orders have an imei listed in that section with the active-shipped status. Guess that’s a good sign for an arrival tomorrow.
Will T Mobile stores have them in stock on launch day? I read in the past a lot of phone stores do and people usually have good luck casually strolling in and picking up a phone. I may try my luck and snag a mini and cancelling my preorder instead of waiting for over a month if that can be the case.
So i got an email yesterday that my account was charged and i had a hold since saturday. This morning. The funds are back in my account and order still process for 9/23-26 what does this mean? In my eip it show the iphone active-shipped with the imei

I’m assuming that because if you send something UPS 2-day, places within a certain radius will get it in 1 day, they’d need to sort everything by destination to be sure there aren’t any packages that arrive today. However what would be way easier would be for UPS to hold everything until the day before and then send it overnight. So I’m guessing we’ll all start seeing movement on our packages later today.
The TMobile link https://my.t-mobile.com/eipjod shows my IMEI as active shipped but the UPS website changed arrival date from Friday to yesterday, Wed the 22nd with only the label created. The page on TMobile with the IMEI shows a matte grey colored phone even though I ordered a blue one. LOL. Things must be in flux.
