Other T-Mobile iPhone 13/Mini & Pro/Pro Max Pre Order Thread

13 Pro Max Sierra Blue 128. I had a pre-auth on my card a few days ago but has seemed to disappear and no other charges so far. However, I received a payment confirmation email this morning from T-Mobile and my ship date on the T-Mobile website is changed from 9/24 - 9/27 to 9/22. I've had UPS tracking through My Choice since Saturday, still showing ready for UPS and a delivery of Friday.

I didn't get the email, but I did get a text with a link to my documents....so I clicked on it and it showed the JOD agreement (important parts) and said shipped and the website now shows shipped on 22nd.

iPhone Pro Max 256gb Sierra Blue

Ordered Friday 9/17 at 9:25am EST

Estimate ship still says 9/27 to 10/4 on the app. Also no UPS tracking yet. However hopefully this means it will be shipped out today, or tomorrow at the latest.
 
Anyone who got their card pre-auth on Sunday, or Monday, or Tuesday, AND also has UPS tracking..... did you get the UPS tracking the same day or the next day? Or longer?

Me as well it says payment was processed this afternoon but it fell off a few days ago
 
well, I guess I did get the email like yall did today. It went to my Junk folder..haha...Said the same thing y'all's email did.
 
The T-Mobile website shows 9/24/21-10/4/21 but my card was charged on Sunday and a UPS label created on Sunday too with a 9/24/21 delivery date but still only waiting for UPS. Not sure if UPS just auto mark 9/24/21 for all of them since that is the release date. Why are the dates so different between UPS and the TMobile website?

Something weird happened to me just now, never had it happen before. I was concerned because no label had hit my UPS My Choice account till now. I reached out to T-Mobile and they actually gave me a tracking number. When I looked the tracking number up it said the label had been created on 9/18 (which is the day I got charged) but it hasn't shown up on UPS My Choice and it doesn't have an estimated delivery date yet. Weird.

UPS My Choice is weird like that sometimes. If they spell your name wrong or different that what is exactly in the "Household Members" list it will now show up.

Thanks for sharing this info! Since I got charged today, then I have not gotten a UPS tracking by this evening i will call t-mobile too.

Maybe its because UPS is so backed up from iPhone shipments its just taking a while for their system to update the new shipments? Just a guess.

So given that they didn’t ship today is it fair to say we won’t likely get them this Friday? Since I won’t be in the states for a month I’m thinking of just going to the store this Friday and see if I can grab one up.

It still too early for them to ship. We will see movement tomorrow night for the ones that have ETA’s of Friday. I’ve had iPhones ship the same Friday in the middle of the night and arrive by the morning.

Definitely. All 3 of my phones I ordered now show ship dates of 9/22. Was charged for all 3 over weekend.
 
Just got charged this morning for iphone pro max 256gb Sierra blue. Originally shipping date 9/28- 10/5. Just got a shipping info from UPS set to be deliver on the 24th. I'm so stoked. I Pre-ordered mine late in the afternoon on the 17th.

When u got ur shipping info. Was a text, email directly from tmobile. Or u got it from ups choice?
