Carrier T-Mobile iPhone X/8 Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

Anyone know what partially preorder means on tmobile ordered a iphone x silver 64 gb on eip one launch date at 12:30 am pdt and have estimated shipping date of 11/2-11/3 and my card was declined at 7 am today because i forgot i had a limit changed the payment method at 9 am pdt and still havent charged and now it says partially preorder help anyone?

It just means it’s an order that has not been fully fulfilled with delivery. My order is still a partial preorder even though it has been shipped because I have not received the device yet. Source I work for T-Mobile.

Oh okay so i should be charged anytime soon correct? Because they havent attemped after i changed my payment option, and will still be recieving my device the 2 or third?

Looking at some of the shipped orders + time of order it doesn't look like (never is the case I don't think) that orders are being shipped sequentially. I ordered 256 SG around 3:45 am eastern. I have been charged. I have not shipped. In fact I'm still "processing." Looks like others that ordered after me have shipped -- just a data point. If you concerned seeing people's orders who came after yours ship. Don't be. I have no doubt that everyone who has 11/2-11/3 on their account page will get there phone then.

so because of the bank declining the payment and all the hell i went through with 4 calls because they couldn't figure out why it kept declining when i fixed it from the bank t mobile put my phones on back order from what there saying when the other reps said don'y worry ill get it on day one my point is its not about the waiting time frame its the point and lied about it and said dont worry it will be resolved and still on day one! so those who got declined i would call and make sure your not in the same boat as me.

So now just waiting on T-Mobile to charge me again. If anybody has more info on this please let me know

My Estimated shipping is 11/3 - 11/10. I actually preordered the 64GB silver. Doubt I’ll see any movement anytime soon

It’s likely not even gong to get an origin scan until Thursday. UPS will just show “Order Processed. Ready for UPS” until then.

So now just waiting on T-Mobile to charge me again. If anybody has more info on this please let me know

Also waiting to get charged, just went through the same process i just switched payment methods because my bank of america card always gets locked but have shipping dates of 11/2-11/3 and tmobile confirmed itll get here in that time

Same thing happened last year lol. I remember people kept coming on here saying there phone shipped and it would either be the regular 7 or an unpopular color. We gave them hell lol. We started saying unless its a 7+ black or matte Black we do care. Lol.

This year I picked silver for a few reasons.

1. I figured it would probably ship sooner as not as popular.
2.Im on JOD so I can switched later if it dont like it as much.
3. I always put a case so it really doesnt matter.
4. The reason I never went with the silver in the past is because of the white front bezels. Now that the phone is bezeless it doesn't really matter.

i remember that from last year also. i agree with all the reasons why you got the silver as well.

Weird thing for me that the rep told me since it was $0 down there was no card needed. They don’t charge anything upfront on JOD with $0 down.

Mine shipped as well but UPS tracker site says "UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later."

T mobile will charge the card again tomorrow instead of today. He told me the phone will be there on Nov 3.
