When is the best time to go get the iPhone X from T-Mobile? I dropped by to play with it by my T-Mobile store nearest me. They said a backorder on it till mid December and won't charge until it ships.

DOes anyone know if your package wasn't delivered whether you can go to the CC center to pick it up (its open until 9 PM)? Mine was supposed to be delivered to an access point, but it closed at 630.

Anyone have issues ordering online? I’m going through the steps and when I get to the trade in info, it’s an iPhone 6 I brought over from att, the iPhone 6 doesn’t show up on the drop down menu to select.

For all who still have to wait receiving your order and are still able or allowed to cancel it, you can purchase online in Apple store apps and choose store pick up. I just did this for my other line for today pick up. This is subject to the store supply availablity. Good luck!!

I was just curious about knowing if the local Apple Stores had any stock, well, at least for T-Mobile they do, so much for the "iPhone X will be impossible to get", November 4 and still plenty of iPhones, the only one missing is the SG 256.

So, anyone in San Antonio with T-Mobile just go to La Cantera or North Star Apple Stores and get yourself an iPhone X, you can also check your local store, pretty sure T-Mobile hasn't sold out everywhere.

I just got my phone through JOD and wound up paying a hefty down payment. I plan on keeping my phone for one year, but If i got my phone through apple through the iPhone upgrade program, the total amount that i would be paying throughout the year is significantly less than what i would be paying with TMobile JOD. They are telling me that i cannot return this phone, and that my only option is to wait a month and do a JOD (with another hefty down payment I’m assuming) to a different phone. What are my options?

You have 14 days to return it and 20 if you ordered by phone/online. Who is telling you that? You may have a restocking fee though.

Did the Jump to the 8 Plus on the day of pre-order and today I jumped again and ordered the iPhone X 64GB Silver. I was going to wait until after Christmas but decided to pull the trigger today. It's due to arrive between 11/17 and 12/1. Can't wait. :)

That’s weird. I ordered the space grey Friday 64gb and it says that it won’t be available until 12/1-12/25
[doublepost=1509851408][/doublepost]I haven’t been to the stores to check out the silver but is it actually silver, or does it appear to have a tint of white?

Now that the fist batch of phones have been delivered, is anyone doing the $300 trade-in offer? I can't find any information on the my T-mobile website on how to initiate the trade-in. The trade-in link only gives an estimate (below the $300), with no way of getting additional information. There is a little 'trade-in" link on the order confirmation page, but it doesn't work.

Anyone?

Out of curiosity, did you have to pay the 279?

I did the trade in at the same time of pre-order and was approved for the full $300 credit. I’ll be receiving a credit of $12.50 a month bringing my EIP payments down to $5.42 a month. I have to send the 6+ in the box they shipped it in I’m assuming. I have to print the label out online.

How are your payments $5.42? Isn't it $30 for X and then $12.50 credit, so $17.50/mo?
