How are your payments $5.42? Isn't it $30 for X and then $12.50 credit, so $17.50/mo?

I paid off my 7+ before preordering so I had no credit to offset the X. I had to put down $719.99 bringing my monthly payments to $17.92. With the credit it comes to $5.42 a month.

I did the trade in at the same time of pre-order and was approved for the full $300 credit. I’ll be receiving a credit of $12.50 a month bringing my EIP payments down to $5.42 a month. I have to send the 6+ in the box they shipped it in I’m assuming. I have to print the label out online.

Apparently, the rep I ordered from didn't put me down for the trade in. :/

Need to go to the store to do it (I'm not having high hopes). I've heard that the stores have been telling people to do it online.

I got mine on Friday I was at work came home to it at 11 started skipping to my room and locked it lighted the candles (jk) but I was amazed at the screen and the phone is smaller as some are saying but you get used to it quickly. Face ID is good I've been having trouble getting it to see me in the dark though hopefully didn't get a lemon :O . Phone was slippery so I ordered a case ASAP same day delivery yesterday on Saturday and now we rocking and rolling. I cannot wait till you guys get yours it is an amazing device.

iPhone X
Xbox One X
Wireless Beats X

It's a party! Good luck and see you all next year!:)

Out of curiosity, did you have to pay the 279?

Yes I did.

That’s weird. I ordered the space grey Friday 64gb and it says that it won’t be available until 12/1-12/25
[doublepost=1509851408][/doublepost]I haven’t been to the stores to check out the silver but is it actually silver, or does it appear to have a tint of white?

Yes it does seem to have a tint of white. That's the only one that had the ship date between 11/17 and 12/1. All others were after 12/1.

I keep hearing you have to do at the time of preorder, wether over the phone or online.

My cousin and I pre-ordered early morning on Oct 27th, we both were on 11/3-11/10 window. Luckily he got his phone on November 3rd where mine is still in processing, they even didn't charge my CC. Seems like I'm not getting it until next Friday. Waiting sucks.

So looked online and every Walmart within 50 miles has it in stock from me. And that’s is so frustrating

Was lucky to get mine late Friday. It's worth the wait for sure! I am coming from the 6s Plus. So it has taken some getting use too as far as the no home button is concerned. But the swipe up feature is starting to engrave itself into my routine. Here is an unboxing vid my son and I made:

If you want to get the phone early, you should order Silver as they are shipping it earlier than SG.

Thanks MacTea. I have noticed that. The demand for SG is high. I was considering the silver since I like the black front & silver back now that I confirmed that it’s more off white.

Does anyone know cancelling my first order and making a new one diffficult with T-Mobile?

As long as the phone hasn't shipped you can call to change/cancel. If this was EIP, here's what TMob has to say-

Cancel or return an EIP purchase
Cancel an EIP purchase
  • If you don't want to proceed with an EIP order, and you haven't submitted your e-Signature Authorization, no action is needed. When the authorization expires, the order is automatically canceled, and you'll receive an email confirming that your order was canceled.
  • If you've already submitted your e-Signature Authorization, your order is being processed. You can contact T-Mobile Customer Service at 1-800-897-9337 to cancel your pending order up until the point it has successfully shipped.
  • If you receive an unwanted order, refuse the delivery.
  • If you’ve already taken delivery of the new device, contact us at 1-800-937-8997 for information on return shipping.

Ordered and received the Space Gray 64gb while also taking advantage of the trade-in promo. However, now I am thinking I want to exchange it for the Silver. Am I doomed to either sticking with the one I have or returning now and waiting until December to get the one I want? How has the supply been at the physical T-mobile stores?

have to keep calling your local stores and book it if they say they have any in store. like every year theres a chance less than a handful could wind up in store. best bet would try apple stores they get in store supply priority.

I pre-ordered on the 27th here in california at 1:30 am. I got the November 2nd-3rd. But my iphone 6 trade in didnt take. So I called the next day. Long story short I had to cancel first order and re-order. Now I have November 10th-December 1st delivery date. But I would rather $300.00 trade in credit rather than the launch day phone. I figure I will get it soon enough. I get to see the drop tests before adding applecare + to my phone.

Yeah it would be much easier if I wasn’t banking on the trade in promo with T-Mobile or I would just go to Apple.

Just took the risk and cancelled my SG for the Silver. Just finished my order/ and the shipping dates for my Silver moved to 11/17/2017 - 12/01/2017.

Thanks for the tip.

I pre-ordered 3AM on the 27th, and had the X by 9AM on the 3rd (picked up at UPS sorting facility). Same thing for my GF. Mine is T-Mobile, hers Sprint. Seems like Silver is shipping faster. My sister and her fiancé ordered on the 28th, arriving today.

Also, some of you guys are getting $700+ down payment? Jesus. May have just paid it off at that point!

PS. The $300 credit is meh. You can sell a 6/6s and above for higher than $300 privately.
