Carrier T-Mobile iPhone X/8 Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

Ordered a T-Mobile 256 GB Space Gray on Oct 27 around 12.05am Eastern, but got November 17-24 as the delivery window. Shipping to NH.

Order changed a few hours ago to 'Preparing to Ship (but still says Nov 17-24). Anybody how soon it ships after this and should I expect it sooner than November 17?

You should get it by friday. Could you please post the first 3 digits of your order? Also, is your order PIF or IUP?

I ordered 256 SG at 7am MST (6am PST) on Oct 27th, no movement ever since then, no charge no nothing. I would have ordered much sooner if the upgrade link works. For like three hours after pre order started, every time I clicked the line to upgrade all I saw was iphone 8 and iphone 8 plus, there were no iphone X to pick from, frustrating. Hopefully will see something tomorrow.

Same here, their website was behaving strangely when pre-order began. So I had to wait till next morning. Otherwise I would have gotten the phone on last Friday.
 
My cc was charged and my order is now in “Running” status?

Ordered on pre order day mid-Afternoon.

I was on the same timeframe. Silver 64 gb. Surprisingly got charged today
 
Hey everyone, I am stopping by from the Sprint thread because I have a question that I'm hoping at least one person can help answer.

Now that the merger talk is officially off, can any tell me how much better T Mobile is compared to Sprint from an overall perspective? I've been a Sprint customer for 18 years and just now starting to look at other options.

Anyone’s status of “estimated ship 3rd-10th” change to: “6th-8th” but no shipping notice and it says “partiallypreordered” I called my bank and there’s no hold but T-Mobile says that might be the issue... this has been a joke of a preorder. I’m not upset having to wait weeks or whatever but I’m annoyed how it’s handled (or rather not handled.)

Has anyone had “partiallypreordered” before? And what happened? :/

*nevermind... it just shipped. This is still so weird. ha ha ha!

Just noticed the shipping dates for the Silver 64 changed to 11/9-11/13.

I cancelled my initial preorder on Saturday and promptly placed a new one once I saw those dates improve lol.

After signing my EIP the dates switched back to 11/17-12/1. Interesting...not holding my breath for those earlier shipping dates.

I did the trade in when I preordered and got was told I would get the $300 in 24 monthly credits of $12.50 for my 6+. I just now have to send the one phone in.

Mine just switched this afternoon to "partially preordered" after I was charged this morning. Does that mean it will ship tonight???
 
Is the web order shipping always $24.99? Phone order is free shipping?

Also, can I cancel order online or I have to call?

All orders at Apple.com have free shipping. You can cancel online while the status is Order in Progress and before they bill you.
 
It should be free... it was free at checkout and when you add up what they charge you, it doesn’t include the $24.99. I was going to make a stink about it until I realized the total charged didn’t include it. Bad design for sure.
