Carrier T-Mobile iPhone X/8 Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

Ordered:T-Mo 256 GB SG (PIF) #W45
Oct 27 12.05am PST (Estimated delivery Nov 17-24).

Status changed to Preparing to ship yesterday (around noon Nov 6 PST).
Shipped Nov 7 (Asia time, I suppose) No info with UPS tracking number yet.

New delivery estimate - Nov 16.

Seriously - 9 days to ship with UPS? Anybody else had that?
 
Very strange,, this morning my order went to "running" and now it's back to pre order estimated 11/10/2017 12/01/2017 , like it was before,,, what does running mean and when will it go out? I don't think my card has been charged yet either ,,
 
Ugggh, anyone receive the “rescheduled delivery” but it says “A late flight has caused a delay. We will update the delivery date as soon as possible. / Your shipment is scheduled to arrive today after the delivery commitment time.”

Does that mean I’ll still get it today? Or is this preparing to tell me due to something they can’t deliver on the agreed time?

This has been such an odd process.

Happened to me too! When I open the tracking detail it says "estimated delivery on Monday 13th" despite Apple saying it will be delivered on the 16th. Still hoping for it to get updated to being delivered on friday 10th!

*I won’t die, but golly, even though it’s just been just over a week since pre-ordering, nothing but errors and problems. :O

Yes, same for me. UPS says delivery by the end of Monday 13th.

However, I'm leaving for Europe that same afternoon. Anybod know whether it's possible to pick up the package somewhere before it goes out on the truck?

Have it held at a UPS Customer Center and you should be able to pick it up when they open.

I think this is possible. I read a post in this thread of someone who did that. I guess you need to find a way to provide new delivery instructions to UPS. Check this:

"When you track a package before the first delivery attempt, UPS My Choice® members see options to change delivery for eligible shipments. Options include redirecting your package to another address, rescheduling the delivery date, or picking up your package at a UPS customer center or at a UPS Access Point™ location, where available."

I got the same message this morning. It seems to be back on track for delivery today. Says “Processing for Delivery”.

I’m in Boston btw.

I don’t see any post of people that ordered on the 10/30 getting there phone shipping info I barely see 10/27 people being shipped yet

Who ordered on 10/23?!?!
 
Ordered a 64GB silver online on 11/3 and my CC was just charged. My order updated to running. Original delivery estimate was 11/17-12/1.

So I preordered Friday morning and had dates 11/17/17-12/01/17 and I just got charged this morning and says “running” also dates changed to 11/07/17-11/09/17

You give me hope! I ordered the same thing about half an hour after you. My status has said “being processed” since the beginning though.
