Dates now show 11/7-11/9 but I doubt it will arrive today. Tracking doesn’t work yet.
ordered mine on November 3rd at 8-9 am est just updated 5-10 mins ago

mine just jumped to 11/7/2017 and 11/09/2017 I don't think its coming today either but may be shipped today or tomorrow im just glad we got and update

I just ordered the 64 Silver on 11/4 and my CC was just charged. My ship date is now 11/7 - 11/9
No they don’t come from China T-Mobile gets shipment then disperse phones to customers
I txt on tmobile site and the rep cancel the order for me so that I can reorder.
My original black ipX 256gb is estimate to ship 12/1-12/20 (order placed on morning of 10/30)
This new order of ipX 256gb silver ordered this morning has the same estimate ship day.
Hope this new one will be here before Nov end.
T-Mobile already got the devices from China coming from Anchorage...they now have some of stock in their warehouse where these orders are updated...found out that partially pre order means that they now have stock and my card got charged and my phone app shows a new 11/07-11/09 delivery dates coming from 11/10-12/01...so I was told by T-Mobile rep that it ships within 24 hours of you being charged....my status still says partially pre ordered when I got charged this morning...hoping for some movement today...

Yes. It's weird that my phone app shows new dates but mytmobile.com doesn't...it says partially preorder 11/10-12/01 still..my guess since my card was charged and good to go that we will see shipped later today and get phones on the 9th depending where you live.
Yes, they do. Not sure where you are getting your alternative facts from. My iPhone X T-Mo is on the way from Zhenzhou right now and will be delivered directly to me.
Where do you live then? Because they always ship from T-Mobile's warehouse in Kentucky...
T-Mobile always ships from their Kentucky warehouse...carriers do not process or charge customers until they physically have it in their warehouse...

Why would T-Mobile charge me? I bought the phone from Apple PIF without a contract.

Update on $300 trade in promotion of iPhone 6 on up:
Look up what your "real" trade in is worth on the trade in calculator page on TMo website. That is the amount you will get credited in one lump sum. It will be used against the taxes and fees of your new phone and the rest will be added as a credit to your monthly bill. The difference between $300 and the "real" trade in value will then be issued in the form of 24 equal credits to your monthly EIP amount. If you pay off your EIP early, you lose the remaining credits.
For example, the iPhone 6s 64 GB has a "real" trade in value of $118. That is the amount you get in one lump credit. The balance of $182 will get issued 7.58 monthly credits for 24 months.
