I believe wether your package requires a signature depends on where you live and if they deem it to be a risk.

Last year both of my 7 pluses were sitting on my porch no doorbell ring or anything. I just happened to see the tracking say delivered and bolted to the door to see them sitting outside.

I wish I had ordered watches earlier in the day. Didn’t order them until about 5 hours after preorders opened. Estimated 9/25-10/6. Didn’t think they’d be as popular or in short supply as they are. Closest store says they don’t know what they are getting until tomorrow.

I have learned my lesson to never second guess any launch and to just be prepared. From my experience with instore on launch you need to ask the store which store is the highest revunue in your area they should know. That store will be the one with stock if Apple is sending Tmobile store stock. I have learned this from Tmobile in multiple states from either living there or passing through.

I’ve never needed a signature when Tmobile sends phones. Same for when I had Sprint.

I ordered my Iphone 8 64, SG on 9/20, over the phone with T-mobile. Got confirmation email and EIP email. Shipping date : 9/25-9/28, Overnight Shipping. That's a lot better and faster than the last 2 years ordering from them. And I just checked and my credit card was charged this morning and just now I got my ups tracking number with delivery date of 9/22. that was fast.

The issue is you can only get on JOD in over the phone when you start the plan. After I paid off the iPhone I told the rep in the store I wanted to buy it on JOD and she told me they didn't have JOD anymore unless you were already on it. I knew that was a lie from forums like this and oh yeah the several signs they had posted on the walls and a screen they had playing saying to get on JOD. I was on JOD but switched to regular Jump because last year I had trouble preordering the 7 Plus over the phone when it first went live. Rather than wait until they figured it out I opted to change to Jump 2 which was out before JOD so I wouldn't have to wait weeks or months for my phone. Biggest difference between JOD and Jump 2 is with Jump 2 you have to pay half the phone to Jump to the next and with JOD you can switch at any time provided a moth has past and you get 0 down.

So if you pay a device off you loose the JOD since there would be no more monthy charges as far as finance? You essentially have to keep jumping to keep it? Also so now instead of 3 times a year it's every 30 days $0 down if your on JOD? I also see there is downpayment of the X for like $280 is that true. There was a $80 downpayment for the 8 plus but I got charged $0.00.
