For some reason my phones made an unusual stop in Baltimore before coming to Philadelphia. Usually it's Louisville to Philly. Anyway, on vehicle for delivery. The dude was here at about 2:30 yesterday with my AppleTV so I expect I'll see him around then.

Mine is scheduled for today, but I’m on edge ‘cause I don’t know if a signature will be required for mine. Don’t wanna miss it and not be able to get it till Monday or something.
So, I was driving down the road out of my condo complex to take my spouse to an appointment when I spot the big brown Oopus truck driving in. I popped a revenooer’s turn and sped home. I met the nice driver with license in hand to prove I was who I said I was and received a big plastic bag containing two phones and a booster. I’m now sitting parked outside the Unindicted Co-Conspirator’s doctor’s office, trying not to tear open a box or two while I wait.

Still waiting for mine to arrive. It is on the truck. I noticed I ordered the wrong case for it. Ugh. I ordered for the 8 instead of 8 plus. But on the pluse side I found two iphone 7 plus silicone cases. Official from apple. They were my daughters. So I'm using one of hers til mine come in. 
How do you activate cellular? I went through the setup process but I’m still getting text messages to my old phone. I can’t make calls from my 8.

I usually just swap SIM cards and it works like a charm.
UPS typically arrives later in the evening in my neighborhood. If past experience is any indication, my wife will be out shopping and I'll be up to my neck in child-care duties when the truck arrives, thus missing the delivery entirely. Please, let it not be so!

Did you disable iMessage on your old phone before swapping the SIM?

Sitting here in Gilbert, AZ waiting for my phone. UPS usually delivers here between 2:00 and 5:00.
When I lived in Mesa the deliveries were usually later, but once you think you have UPS figured out they pull the rug out from under you!
Anyone in San Diego? I’ve already left for work so the only question is will they leave it at my condo front office.
T-Mobile screwed up on my pre-order. They just sent me the EIP and confirmation number after I pre-ordered and all. I spoke with support and they said it is a bug on their end but the order is still going through even though they can't find it in their system, and I don't get a tracking number. So i'm all hella confused about when it will arrive. lol
