Wow, for grins I had preloaded my upgrade page through my-T-Mobile around 2:45, and refreshed it at 2:50 and saw the X was now listed. Two minutes later, boom, ordered a space grey 256 and immediately got all confirmation emails. Even shows up under order status in my account.

It’s never been this easy with T-Mobile before!
