Yeah I remember getting that agreement like 2 hours after I pre ordered my phone last yearSo, my brother and I got off the phone about an hour or so ago with a supervisor from T-Mobile. He told us that we are able to use Jump through the app (not just by calling in). He also mentioned to sign the EIP agreement ASAP when we received it through our email. How quickly you sign the agreement determines when you receive the phone, so be quick to fill it out!
Just wanted to give everyone a heads up Good luck guys!
Does anyone have an idea of the best number to call? They all seem to lead to a weird robo answer portion in the beginning and I want to make sure I waste as little time as possible. (P.S. can't dial 611 because I am a super new customer and don't have an activated SIM yet)

Same question. What's the number for sales?
i think the number is on tmobile’s site
after ordering tonight, when do we have to go into the store to trade in our old devices?
also for some reason, they can't detect my eligibility for trade in online. does that mean I have to call in?
Here is the document I was talking about earlier in order to qualify for the $0 down.
I’m assuming it’s going to be different for a lot of people. Hopefully all of us get what we want!
Unfortunately no. In years past, the Verizon option requires you to verify with a Verizon account before you can order. Can I buy a Verizon phone via the Apple Store App, pay full price, and not have to have a Verizon account?
I just don't wanna go through the heartache of ordering through T-Mobile and get my phone after Christmas or something.
When I got my 7 and 6S I bought a Verizon phone outright at the store and they didn't need me to be a Verizon customer.

That's been my experience ordering a Verizon iPhone 6s on Apple.com, yes. It required me to enter my Verizon account, even though I was paying up front. Could have changed since then, but I doubt itEven when buying outright? I never had to in-store
