Does anyone know how the process goes on the website when trying to pre-order multiple phones at once? I was looking to order 3 at the same time. My siblings and I are all on the same plan using T-Mobile One.

Will I have to individually make separate orders for the phones, or is there an option to add all 3 at once?

Trying to determine if a phone call at midnight would make the process less complicated or not

Make sure that you do separate orders otherwise none will ship until all come in.

Can someone, once and for all, confirm if you 100% sure have to call to jump on demand? Also I know we don’t have official word but is it true by the info we have that if you have a tenure of over 3 years and great credit then you can get the iPhone X 64 GB $0 down?

Yes, you have to call or order in-store with Jump on Demand. There’s no other way.

100% positive you have to either call in or do it through twitter for JOD, or in store. JOD cannot be done online.
And there is no officially memo from T Mobile on this but me personally, I follow the T Mobile thread on reddit. There was a few reps on there stating in order to qualify for $0 down you would need to have over 3 years of tenure and qualified with top credit.

Thanks for the reply! :)

Guess I'll have 3 different tabs open to try and speed up the process, since it looks like I will have to order all 3 of them myself lol My siblings say they will be too tired to stay up -_- smh

I confirm, once-and-for-all, that you cannot to a JOD online, Period. Call or go into the store. Those are your options. This is clearly stated on T-Mobile's site. This has been discussed many times. It's also been my experience as a long time Jump! customer. It sucks, but it is what it is.

Question, I brought my own phone to T-Mobile 9 months ago, when i order the x will it give me a option for jump or installments ? Is jump 0 down and the normal installments a % down ? Sorry I’m confused , will they have official numbers soon ?

I did the same thing with my own phone, I "bought" the iPhone 8 Plus on EIP on the app, but, I couldn't finish the process until I got a call from T-Mobile, they run your credit and have some kind of score for you, that can't be done online, I didn't like the iPhone 8 and returned it, so, if I were you I'd go right now to T-mobile and ask them, they told me since I returned the iPhone 8 now I have a "credit line" with them and that I can preorder the iPhone X online.

I’m using my sisters card to pay since the way my checking and savings is setup I won’t have the money to pay until next week, I wonder if they’ll give me trouble over the phone if I try that instead of Twitter.

why is there nothing preorder related on the site except for the iPhone 8???

Probably don’t want to overload the site with people constantly clicking on a preorder that isn’t available yet.

Their site is already sucky as it is during iPhone launches

even for a relatively easy preorder for the 8, there was a bit of a hiccup online...it's gonna be a mess for the X. will try to preorder via the website but not optimistic. also gonna order via the apple app...i can always cancel any order that goes thrgouh...or better yet, sell at a profit!! ;)

I don't think they're even charging people tonight until the phone ships. At least I haven't been charged for prior orders til it's ready.

I'm going to save you $100, pay attention:

1. Call in your order to any JoD device you like. Doesn't matter which one.

2. DO NOT SIGN THE DOCUMENT THEY MAIL YOU

3. Confirm you read step 2 and don't sign those documents.

4. Go to a TMobile store to turn in your old device. They will see the new jump and process it like normal.

5. Don't sign the documents they emailed you for the new phones.

The contracts they emailed you for the new phones expire after 48 hours and the order gets cancelled. You're out of JoD and not getting any restock fees.

Nice!! Appreciate the trick!
