Are you EIP guys ordering through tmobile.com or through the app? Which would be quicker to order through?

Not sure if I trust the Twitter method....

I paid my 7+ off, so I have to start a new one. I’ll be ordering through both and keep which one will ship first. I prefer to use the T-Mobile App, so I can get my $12.50 credit a month for trading in my 6+.

So who is going to use the apple store app vs the tmobile site.... Im still not totally trustworthy of the tmobile site. I was thinking of paying in full for a tmobile phone from apple and just having them port my number to the sim it comes with

After reading the post about TMO having a meeting today regarding short extremely limited supply, I will be calling in during pre-orderds with TMO and placing my order in full w/ Apple. I will stick with whoever estimates quicker shipping- which I'm sure will be Apple.

If TMO's app is already down, it's looking like a hot mess. And the "Request a Call" feature on TMO's website isn't allowing anything near midnight tonight, lol.

I will be ordering via the app. I don't trust the Twitter method either.

I’m not worried. I think a lot of this is overexxaggeration and we will have our phones within a week of launch. Hopefully.

Hi the 279.00 down for T-Mobile do you also have to pay tax on the 279 ? Or is it just 279 straight ?

So for those of us on JOD who have to call customer service to preorder, is there really any chance of getting the phone on launch day?

It's not really except for the fact you have to call customer service to preorder.

Interesting. I just became a T-Mo customer a week ago so I have been conflicted in trying to figure out which way I want to order this phone. I was leaning towards JoD for $0 down but idk.

I am going to attempt at paying full price for the T-Mobile version and I don't believe that I even stand a chance! Mind you I want the silver 256gb version. If I have any complications and my iPhone X would come after Nov 3rd, 2017 for any reason I cancel my order. Doesn't make any difference to Apple.

Why do you think you don’t stand a chance?

I see a lot of posters saying JoD is terrible, why is that??

If you don't mind calling customer service to preorder it's a pretty good program. The only reason I may eventually leave it is so I have more preorder options.

It will be $279 + applicable state sales tax + shipping (I know they usually charge $6.99, but I don't know if they will waive that for X preorders).

All pre orders placed until Nov 2nd or 3rd(something close to that)get expedited free shipping. I saw on it on T Mobile's website.

what are the steps to order on the T-mobile app (I'll be paying full price up front) I am trying the apple store app primarily but will have an iPad with the t-mobile app up just in case. do I click on shop on the left hand side and go through the steps? right now I don't even see any mention of the iPhone X in there

Yeah I'm kinda hoping Apple and Tmobile get a better partnership so that in the future i can just do the apple upgrade plan without having to go in store.

Goodness that must have been some serious screw-up

It absolutely was LOL. I would just email the rep every month and say "hi, just a reminder to process my credit. Thank you!" Would've lasted as long as I had the phone but I traded it in for a new model.
[doublepost=1509048103][/doublepost]
Rep I spoke with earlier said my 7 Plus must be paid off in order to upgrade to the iPhone X. I’m on JOD. Is this true?

Uh, not true. My phones are never paid off and I always JOD to the next one.

Right. Other than this it's fine by me. If I didn't upgrade my phone every year I might feel differently.
