If I had to guess, the 11/2-11/3 orders are based on the number of phones Apple committed to TMO at launch, and the availability beyond that is somewhat of a best effort so TMO doesn’t yet have a firm commitment from Apple yet to nail down a specific day.

Did anyone got charge with the $20 fee by calling the rep to order their iPhone X? The reason I called them is because I can't go online and order it.
 
So, this is a little strange.. I was on the UPS site seeing if by chance I could track by reference number (I couldnt).
While I was there, I plugged in the tracking number from the iPhone 8 I ordered last month for the other line on my account (We received it on 9/22)

Notice the scheduled delivery..

DP: I phoned the Business Accounts line at 00:00 pre-order day. My account has not reached the 3 year mark. They wanted $609 down + $14/month for JOD. :mad: Have the $429 + $24/month in writing. Rep said she couldn't match.

Ive had a biz account for a year and my dp was $429 + tax on jump for a 256gb.
 
I ordered through T-Mobile and Apple. Both delivery dates expected to be Nov. 3. Would be nice to get an early delivery for once from apple. Like a day before launch day, but it could be worse.
 
Any one have any other shipment dates from the tmobile store i preordered 64 gb silver on tmobile at 12:30 pdt and it shows 11/2-11/3

It just looks like yet another bug in T-Mobile's IT systems to me. Their order tracking has been awful. Every other time I go to track my phone it says something different (oscillates between 'no date estimate' and '11/2-11/3', says 'UPS' sometimes but not others, shows my $ total sometimes but not others). 'Running' is not an order status I've ever seen at TMo or anywhere. I swear that T-Mobile's IT people are the rejects from the companies that run the crappy IT help desks at big companies. Worst of the worst.
