Ive had a biz account for a year and my dp was $429 + tax on jump for a 256gb.DP: I phoned the Business Accounts line at 00:00 pre-order day. My account has not reached the 3 year mark. They wanted $609 down + $14/month for JOD. Have the $429 + $24/month in writing. Rep said she couldn't match.

It just looks like yet another bug in T-Mobile's IT systems to me. Their order tracking has been awful. Every other time I go to track my phone it says something different (oscillates between 'no date estimate' and '11/2-11/3', says 'UPS' sometimes but not others, shows my $ total sometimes but not others). 'Running' is not an order status I've ever seen at TMo or anywhere. I swear that T-Mobile's IT people are the rejects from the companies that run the crappy IT help desks at big companies. Worst of the worst.Current status has been updated to "Running"
