Yes, as long as you are using Textnow.
Make sure if you are integrating google voice that the google voice do not forward text to your cell phone. (NOTE only if you are using google voice with textnow)
Is anyone using TextNow on the iPhone and the iPad? How does this work? Do you just get the same message in both places?

You can twitter Derek or the textnow support to ask this question.
Also when you install the textnow in the iPad, you need to enter you email address. You will have an error that it already exist. The best route is ask textnow support.
For this reason I basically stopped using textnow. It's a nice app, but it doesn't really allow for multiple devices to use it with ease. I really only used Textnow with Google Voice anyway. So it wasn't a huge leap to switch to GVMax and now I can use Trillian, Beejive, IM+, whatever I want without having to worry so much about the client end of things.
I hope Enflick can fix this major shortcoming so those that do still use the app or are planning to use the app can avoid this fairly major hurdle.

id say it will work with your current @ your given when you first make a text now adress thats my assumption
If you set it up with Google Voice then you can go to voice.google.com and check your messages too.

The new icon looks much better than the last! I still don't know why people pay AT&T $15-$20 month for texting.
I've had this app since day one of it's release and have never looked back, it's only gotten 10x better! Enflick also has excellent customer support.
I've never had a problem with my friends adding my @textnow.me address like others in the reviews have stated. Whats the big deal? lol
I like it better than putting another # in there phones like the textfree app.
