With all these well known players going to the Saudi league, are any of you going to watch the Saudi league or give it a miss? I won't because I am not interested in their league.

Ok, I cheered for the Aussie here, not anymore.
Now we will have to beat them in the bronze game 😂😉

Feel neutral between Spain - England. May the best team win 🏆

England v Spain i think will be a tough game because the majority of players know each other from playing together in club sides thus it will be easy for some players to know how the other will react in a given situation. On paper England is the better team BUT considering many of the players play together in club sides they could end up stalemating each other and thus becoming a 0-0 or 1-1 at the end and then going into extra time and then penalties.

I think there will be a number of people saying how did Spain who got hammered by Japan 4-0 in the group stage end up getting into the WWC final. If they win it it will probably be the talk of the tournament.

Also the hot head England player who got sent of in one of the games comes back for the final. Will the manager risk putting her back in the team knowing she is a hot head therefore cannot risk having her sent off in the final.

I couldn't believe Sam Kerr missed that golden chance to equalize. And then England immediately countered and Russo made no mistake with her finish. I was rooting for England but I can feel Oz's pain there. That's football for ya.

Should be a cracker of a final, but England is the clear favorite.

I've read rumors claiming that, allegedly, the Saudi League would ask for a "wild card" for the winner of their Saudi Pro League to play in the UEFA Champions League, starting from the 2024/25 season, when the competition is going to adopt the new format.

Sam Kerr will be just like any footballer, ruling the chances she missed, the header and the 6 yard sitter she shot over the bar. In games like that you need to put away the chances you get because games can have such very fine margins.

On paper England are the better team BUT they are not the Euro champions we know because most the that team are either out due to injury or retired and when you look at the FIFA rankings, England are 4th with Spain in 6th thus they are not that far apart skill wise. I do think the winner will be the one who wants it more. Skill counts for a lot but desire can drive a person to try just that little bit harder than they normally would.

I am hoping for a good game and not a boring 0-0 because they are closely matched.

The owners of the champions league will do it if they receive hefty sponsorship/donations from Saudi businesses. Money talks.

I see Neymar has gone to the Saudi league

With the eye watering sums of money the Saudi's are offering these players, it appears money is the motivator for them joining and not the so called 'I am doing it for a new experience' excuse.
The Sun and AS are reporting Neymar also presented the club with a list of ludicrous requests (cars, driver, house, swimming pool, staff, goods)

Messi!!!!??, that means 8-0 win for Messi then lol
Anyway, the impact Messi has had on that team is almost incredible.

Nothing new - It have been like that in whole tournament, and for a long long time in women’s football 😂

Lots of players play together in their clubs and then meet on opposite sides in championship. You discovered this now, good morning sleepy 😴

No I have not just discovered it, I have known it for years. I am just pointing out why the game might not be so easy for either side.
