No its not free after 14 days. For folders download Categories and if you want the folders to open up even faster then download CategoriesSB (it's a add-on to Categories)

Without a doubt the most well implemented app in Cydia. Tonight, I back grounded my GPS, and checked the weather. How novel is that??

If you are jailbroken, and dont have Proswitcher, try it and you will not be disappointed.

ProSwitcher is definitely well worthy of first place on the list. It is so amazingly well executed that I shelled out money for Overboard just to support the (co-)dev. Every other solution/UI for multitasking on the iPhone (including Kirikae, though that app is handy for its favourites list) looks and feels to varying degrees like something tacked on to the system. I'm very, very impressed by the elegance with which PS integrates with the iPhone OS.

Between PS, Overboard and Activator (surprisingly omitted from the list), you have a completely new way of using the phone. It's hard to overstate their amazingness. Much like SBSettings, I can't imagine the iPhone without them now.

I thought it was... It just limits you to HTTP doesn't it? I had the message pop up and everything and that's all it said. I was still able to tether just fine.

As for folders... I use Stacks V3. It's not in Cydia but it's awesome.
