i was thinking the same but i worry the band will begin to look a bit dainty because its thinner.
It's all personal preference. I keep thinking that most bracelets are pretty wide for the AW body and make an overall "clunky" style.

Ordered a blue leather loop from lnkoo and it's scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Don't know where the hell this guy is really at, because I ordered Thursday and I live 10 miles from Dayton, New Jersey. Tracking info says it shipped out of Dayton, NJ, but it shipped Friday morning.

I think I had ordered from this guy before and cancelled, because feedback said he was lying about being in NJ. Who knows where he's at...

I received a "pink gold" Milanese loop from eBay seller winnerslane. It's a much better match to the Rose gold Apple Watch than a "Rose gold" metal.

Can't comment on longevity yet but quality seems standard so far. I hope we see some "pink gold" screw adapters for sale soon!

It seems like winnerslane is sold out of the 38mm pink gold but just run a search for "pink gold Milanese loop" on eBay and you'll find other sellers.

The "pink gold" looks good. I always thought Apple's aluminum version of rose gold was more pink than actual rose gold anyway. Is its magnet nice and secure?

I think the rose gold on the watch is closer to rose gold than the rose gold on the 6s

you have a good point. i've got one of each type of adapter on the way (won't be here for a while though, it's the only thing i dislike about chinese new year :( ) so i'll make sure the springbar type fits nicely and i might go from there; i can keep the classic buckle style adapter in reserve or get another nato style strap perhaps (i've seen a nice midnight blue and cream) - and if it seems it's going to look strange i can use the springbar to repair a band my wife got that came with a dodgy springbar adapter attached and by the time they'd sent the wrong adapter to repair it and then just refunded the lot, she'd lost interest in anyway.

Ok I've been searching the forum and I'm trying to get a leather loop band but everything I read is from a few months ago. Has anyone found a well made one? Thanx

Here
I finally found a third party "leather" band I liked. I'm using this Mifa black leather buckle from Amazon combined with these Clockwork Synergy space grey adapters.

My opinion? It's nice, soft, a little thin, but comfy. The buckle is a tad annoying because it will scrape against a desk or a MacBook chassis as you type, but this is an issue with any buckle band. I will still use my Black Sport band most of the time, but now have this for dresser occasions, not so much desk work. The band is about 1-1.5mm too narrow for the Clockwork Synergy adapter which I thought meant the watch would slide, but after a good amount of use I've never noticed that at al, but you could wedge something in it if it really bugged you.

I'm happy with it for $24 +$15 adapters. It's not a nice as Apple's of course, but works.

I clicked both links provided and am curious about the actual width if the band and what the actual band lug width of the Clockwork Synergy adapters are. I buy 24mm bands and on the Yesoo (Freedomoclock) springbar adapters I get a perfect side to side fit.

I'd guess at about 22mm. Both styles of adapter for the 42mm watch take 24mm bands, with the exception of the "click" adaptors (which are sized for 22mm) - I would only ever consider buying them in a physical location myself though. The delays people have seen on Kickstarter and the ridiculously long "pre order" stage make me wary of them.

Just received my JETech 42mm blue leather loop band from Amazon today and I have to say I am very impressed with it! There is no metal showing at connector and the gaps on each side are pretty much perfect. The magnet is very strong as well I threw my wrist around with zero movement from the band. I'm going to grab another one in red tonight.

So guys how is the MOKO sport band? I've been through a few third party bands and they haven't held up too well.. I'm thinking about just spending the $50 and getting an apple official one since I still wear the sport band mine came with daily. It's comfortable and it seems a lot of the third party bands can't top it.. But I could be wrong. Just don't want to get another crappy third party band.

Curious what kind of issues you've had--band failures or cosmetic? I only have one 3rd party band, bought off ebay from China, solely because of the color that I couldn't have bought otherwise. I don't wear it much but for wearing certain clothing items with it so can't really give feedback on it. I do have a few Apple sport bands I've bought since last April and love wearing them which I do most of the time for daily wear. I was tempted to buy another 3rd party after getting my first but in the end decided to just stick with the SB even if it took me longer to get the colors I wanted so understand your comment on going with Apple's.
