I love my iPad. I've had it since the second week of launch. The first couple of weeks my eyes burned because I glared at the screen all day.

Now we've settled into a routine where I grab my iPad every free minute. I can't wait to travel to Europe with it. I keep congratulating myself that I had the gumption to buy both new inventions (the iPhone and the iPad) without listening to nay sayers. I've never regretted it.

It works great in Europe and in Italy as well as Finland, you can get prepaid SIM cards for data. Easy as pie.

Enjoy.....

64GB 3G delivered on launch day and haven't looked back since. It's the perfect on-the-go computing device. I can (and do) carry it with me everywhere, and only rarely do I feel like I should have taken my MBP along.

My only complaint is that my wife appropriated it soon after it arrived, but I solved that problem by buying her a 32GB WiFi of her very own.;)

I love my iPad. I rarely use my laptop for anything more than school work, composing, and some photo stuff that my iPad isn't able to do yet (I'm a music teacher and amateur photographer).

I love the 3G aspect, as I can just turn on the iPad and email or post anywhere, as I am now, much to the chagrin of my wife who is driving us to the lake right now.

No tool is perfect, but I am very pleased with this one.

I like it because ive noticed lately that when I get on my laptop it's strictly for Internet use. My school also uses citrix and they have an app for it. And for videos and games this thing is a dream, just need flash support to get all that stuff I need a laptop for.

Same here. I use my iPad for most things, my iPhone 4 mainly for telephony solutions. I have only music on it now, and a few video podcasts. My 17 inch MBP does the heavy lifting for movie, and photo editing. For the most part, the iPad becomes the device you want it to be once you install the proper set of applications.

The only complaint I have is that I'm now forced to buy a second one so I can get MY launch-day 64GB 3G back from my spouse!!

Any limitations are ones I knew about and decided I could live with -- eventually, the worst one (printing) will be fixed by Apple and I'll be completely happy.

Just got this a few days ago and it is awesome! I just need iOS4 and it will be even better. I'll buy the new one next spring with the enhancesD retina display for sure. :)

Cheers,

Please do not fall for the "Retina Display" rumors. The chances of that happening are very small and have been discussed on the other 20 glabillion threads posted elsewhere in the forum.

Not a single problem with mine. It borders on as sacred to me now as 2 months ago when I got it. To me the iPad is one of those things that once you have one you can't ever go back to life without one.
