OCT 21st i ordered. took 1 day stuck at prepare of shipment and now today it just ships 
If the orders from 10/20 and 10/21 are shipping and delivering (US) on the 27th and 28th, my 10/22 order which they promised by the 29th damn well better ship in the next 24 hours. Apple's 2001-style shipping is annoying. "Preparing for shipment" on Amazon takes 5 minutes, yet Apple takes 24-48 HOURS, lol. They need to overhaul their online business. Even when I order something like a remote or a cable it takes them 1-2 days to ship, then 1-2 days to arrive. Amazon is at my door in as little as 18 hours. Ugh. This is the first time I haven't been able to use Amazon (thanks for only making 2GB shelf units Apple!) and it's a real pain in the A#$

Somebody suggested that the European MBAs are just going to show up at the distribution center which I believe is in the Netherlands.
I expect they're right and that ours will turn up there today.
I ordered at 12:04 pm on October 20th and mine has been listing as "Prepared for Shipment" for 48 hours now. I expect it's already in the Netherlands or about to land there.
