are they for the new air? Would you mind linking me to them please? Or are they on the apple site?

May have to treat myself!! Cant have it without a case

They are for the old one, but the only size difference is a couple of mm's thinner so should fit just fine.

It's not just a computer... It's a new toy to play with hehehe.
Just the same when we were young and were waiting to unpack the Christmas presents. :D

LOL I was kidding. Ive been hitting refresh all night waiting for it to leave Alaska :D I have so many big plans for it. It will be so nice to have a laptop again so I'm not tied to the desk all day :)

Just bought that case!

£18 is a steal compared to apple!

Thanks for the heads up mr addidas!

Like the Paul smith but can't justify almost £60 on a case

No probs mate, glad to be of help.

I really want the Paul Smith, and when christmas comes I'm always stuck for what to ask for when parents ask what I want. This year will be different :D. But yeah the Incase looks nice, I love that it has no zips/poppers to scratch anything and the faux fur lining should be perfect.

Ordered my 11.6 4GB 64GB on Fri 10/22 at 9a PST and it is still listed as "Not Yet Shipped". I did go for the free standard shipping. It is heading to me in the north east United States. I am hopeful I will see it by Fri 11/29...thins that is asking a lot?

Looks like it went to "prepared for shipment" while I was asleep! How long should it take now?

Once "Prepared for Shipment," further status depends on time of Fedex pickup and whether or not it made the cutoff for that day. I'm fairly sure they are ground transported from the distribution center in Shanghai to the airport and re-staged there for flights.

Kind of funny - This thread duplicates the iPhone4 thread of a few months ago. Same shipping origins, stops, etc. with the same questions about 'How long does it take after a certain status change?'. :D

If you want to know all the stops an Apple product can make between China and the US, visit the iPhone4 thread.

China, Taiwan, Alaska/LA, Memphis are the popular destinations.

I believe that Fedex flights from China opnly run Tue-Sat. There is no Monday flight, so I suspect there won't be any Alaska arrivals in the Continental US until tomorrow, which would mean Wed deliveries for most.

I have the same, but just under "Tracking Detail" near the top, it says "Your package has experienced an exception." That's never good.
