10/24/1 midnight, order confirmation email received 8:07, delivery to store in Sweden, pick up estimate Aug. 9. CC charged this Saturday. Still processing, but there is no state prepare to ship, just shipped to store. So, I guess a couple of days before being shipped.

I ordered the same config as you just an hour after pre-orders began on July 8 and I have no movement yet.
I noticed that my local store shows availability of all configs on Aug 10th. So I would imagine those that pre-ordered on Jul 8th will see movement in the next day or two. I just got my tracking number yesterday, a day after it moved to 'preparing for shipping.' I have an eta of 7/29 though and that seems so far away still.
My fedex tracking said yesterday 'Scheduled for Export' today it moved to saying 'International Shipment Release - Import', and now it says 'at local fedex facility.'

For me the tracking was considerably behind the actual flight times. For example 5X11 arrived at around 19:00 in Cologne, but the UPS import scan was at 23:07.
I wonder if they are just shipping them as a group on a pallet then at designed spots in the US splitting the pallets and shipping from there. Would explain some of the odd shippings (including mine) on this release.
For the last day my MBA has been sitting at the local Fedex sorting facility less than an hour away, still showing on-time delivery for Wednesday 7/27. 🥺 please just let me come pick up 😅
It can't be Cologne, because todays 5X11 is still in the air. Did you get the new status at around 20:00 Sweden time (UTC+2)? Maybe it is somewhere where it is one timezone UTC+3? But I don't know which country could make sense. 🤷♂️

That's interesting, mine still shows last departure in Incheon and seems to be on 5X11. Maybe yours is on palette 13 and has a very unlucky journey ☹️
Throwback to my experience with the 2012 MBA shipment literally 10 years ago
My MBA went from China to Korea, then Germany, then to Kazakhstan, then Poland, then it went back to Germany and eventually it went from there to Denmark and finally Sweden.
Boy did I wait.
My midnight 10/24/1 just went preparing to ship today, heading to PNW. Nothing in MyChoice or FedEx yet.
My notification was texted and emailed at 15:05. My guess is just after the shipment came into the store. Original delivery to the store was aug 2. After shipment it was updated to July 26. But actual pickup in store was July 22.
10/16/512 starlight ordered Jul 11.
Funny, mine has the exact same times&dates. Thus I'd guess that they both are in the same shipping container at ZhengZhou. Both Apple and UPS websites still state delivery on July 27. Keeping fingers crossed...🤞

Sometimes the import processing is done before the package reaches the destination facility. I see that all the time when ordering accessories from Apple that travel to Geneva via Milan; import processing is done in advance before leaving Italy.

I've picked up mine last friday from the Apple Store. DHL delivered the MBA at 10.36 at the Apple Store. And I got a notification from Apple in the Apple Store app at 13.36.
