Sure it is. That's why it hasn't moved in Cologne for almost 18 hours.
Guys, it's after 5:30 in Cologne, more than 18 hours after they arrived, and they're still sitting there.
If the status is: "In Transit - On Time" it is supposed to be where it is for this long, otherwise it would have been "delayed" already.
As far as my knowledge goes I can say that UPS hadn't had flights to UK for today, the only one I found where to New Jersey and Philadelphia.
What I forsee is that will be send off overnight/early morning. In theory it shouldn't take more the 4 hours overall for the flight and delivery.
Also I would like to point out that on the Apple website - at least for me - the delivery was estimated 29th Oct - 1 Nov, then changed to 28th Oct (subject to change) as soon it was shipped.
