Ordered my Top model 13" retina and 16gb ram!

Order is processing with scheduled delivery monday next week..

Any chance i will get hold of it this week?

Any other uk peeps over here?

Just ordered the 13" middle model upgrading the ram to 16GB and processor to 2.6GHz. UK Store. Estimation: 30/10 - 1/11

Received a tracking number early this morning, for my normal delivery speed. UPS says scheduled for delivery tomorrow, though their system says it just departed Shanghai this morning as well. My guess is that they are actually in crates in Louisville, and will be scanned and shipped overnight. That said, Apple still says delivery the 28th instead, so perhaps UPS is wrong. Obviously I'll find out by tomorrow at the latest (or today if the shipping info updates).

Just a heads up for people who paid for "expedited" shipping, it may be a case where everyone gets super-fast shipping and if so, you might want to contact Apple and request a refund of the shipping costs. I believe this happened for iPhones and iPads before, several times.

mine says preparing for shipment and estimate delivery october 29th i was hoping it would come on the weekend.. this saturday.. oh well.. will just take a day off work when it comes :D

I ordered 13":

2.6i5/16/256 last night, just wondering if i might not change it to

2.8i7/16/256

what do you reckon?

Oct 29 delivery estimate for US, ships within 24 hours, placed order yesterday after the online store reopened...

Scheduled Delivery:
Thursday, 10/24/2013, By End of Day

 :D :apple:

2.6/8/512 13" rMBP.

25th Oct I'm expecting this little boy:
13-tums/2,4 /8/256
:)

My 17" from 2010 has done it's work nicely, but now I want something younger and lighter.

Ordered the 15 inch MacBook Pro with Retina Display (the higher end model without any bumps to storage or processor) yesterday around 6pm ET, just received shipment notification and it's showing a Friday 10/25 delivery after previously showing 10/29. Currently sitting in Shanghai.

Hi,
I ordered my mac on 10/22 around 4PM. Middle base 13/8GB/256Gb. I receive the notice from UPS which is delivery scheduled for 10/24. Is it kind of weird? How 2 days transmit possibly from china to US?

Why would you complain about fast shipping?? Haha. Mine is coming Friday from China as well.

Ordered the exact same model with the education discount last night and it shipped out this morning. I found it strange that on the main MacBook page, it mentions the NVIDIA card, but then on the page where you can select your options and in the order confirmation email it doesn't show that on the spec list. Odd.

I'm upgrading from a 2008 black MacBook as well. I think we'll both be very pleased :)

My rMBP is listed as shipped but the tracking site is offline. Hopefully it'll show up tomorrow.

Flight Tracker

I bought the 15" 2.3 / 16 / 512 / 750m right when the store opened yesterday. I received tracking information that shows that the computer left Shanghai at 9:17 PM on 10/23. Has anyone looked to see what flights the computers are on?

It looks to me like this might be the one:

UPS 81 in route to Anchorage, Alaska with a landing time of 1:50 PM AKDT (which I think is 4:50 PM CDT).

My custom config is still showing as processing. Those of you also with custom configs will have to post when something changes.

I paid for expedited shipping, so my delivery estimate is the 28th-30th. Obviously, if you place an order now and do faster shipping, it's the 29th-31st. So I'm glad I didn't wait.

Also, I see in-store pickup is available now. Showing November 1st in my area. Haha, screw that.

Pulled the trigger very shortly after the store went live yesterday. Went with the 2.3/16/512/750m model.

Was tempted to up the processor, but don't really think there will be that much of a difference between the 2.3 and 2.6. Not to mention the 2.6 might run a bit warmer etc. Was also tempted for the 1tb SSD, but I can't justify the huge fee for it. But on top of it all, this is the same config to be available in stores, so exhanging/returning won't be an issue should I need to do so for whatever reason.

Best part of it all is that I opted for the quicker shipping. Figured I was already spending a boatload of money - do I really need to worry about saving $15? The order page showed Monday the 28th as my delivery date. But I got UPS tracking confirmation early this morning and it will be here tomorrow by end of day! Best $15 ever. Can't wait!

Holy...!!!! That's great!

Unfortunately I couldn't select express shipment to Denmark :(
