Same exact configuration with delivery 11/15 to 11/17. Ordered within minutes - no movement or credit card charge yet.

MBP14/SpaceBlack/M3Max14C/36GB/2TB is in preparing to ship, and my credit card is showing the charge as pending. My delivery date is showing as between 11/15-11/17 and I'm hoping it actually arrives sooner than that.

I decided to upgrade from my Late 2013 15" macbook pro. Yeah, it has been 10 years, and I wouldn't have upgraded if Apple still supported their OSes on older hardware (Big Sur is the last release supported for my mac). I mean, even MS supports the latest windows on hardware that has at least 2 core CPU/4GB RAM.

So I decided to splurge to a 16" M3 Max/128GB memory/4TB SSD in the hopes it lasts just as long. Most likely going to install Asahi Linux on it once it's stable over Mac OS or when apple decides to stop supporting it for whatever reason after 5 years.

I ordered a 16" MBP M3 Max 128GB 4TB with a Nov 15-17 shipping date and noticed tonight (I've been checking 3-4 times a day like a dweeb) that it has moved to Preparing to Ship. I like that. Anybody else? Were there earlier shipping dates for this configuration? I ordered like 5 minutes after the event ended and could have sworn I watched my shipping date slip; but also wasn't sure if my configuration options affected that. Regardless, fun to watch. Can't wait to see how Unreal likes this thing.

What's your quoted delivery timeframe? I ordered the same exact thing (about 30 minutes after the keynote, once the store worked), and I'm seeing Nov 9-13 and no movement yet.
 
Ordered mine on Oct 31 (14'' M3 Max - 14 CPU/30 GPU cores, 36 GB memory, 1 TB SSD), still in process and delivery estimated Nov 17-27 (but in Europe). Upgrading from my 16'' 2019 Intel MBP and really looking forward to huge increase in performance and more portability.

However, availability as shown in the Apple Online Store for new orders is weird:
- 14'' MBP with M3 Max (not customized with specs as above): if ordered today, Nov 22-29 for delivery, no pickup in local Apple store
- 14'' MBP with M3 Pro (customized to M3 Max and specs as above): available Nov 22-24, pickup in local Apple store on Nov 24.

So same specs & same price tag but different availability. Not sure how I ordered it as I was playing around with different configurations. I am really hoping it's the same model and there are no further differences (such as slower SSD in M3 Pro-based config etc.).
 
Same here. Mine is an M3 Max, 64 GB, 1 TB.

Ship dates are a bit touchy - they'd also rather underpromise and over-deliver. That, and some people will have ordered as soon as the event ended and then cancelled over the following few days. It happens, but congrats on your new Mac.
 
I ordered the 16" m3 max with a estimated date of 16-20th and its still on processing.

I did order 12 hours after the event .

Also im in the uk if that's makes any difference than other places.

That's what they said, though it appears that "later" varies a lot with specs more than all Maxes being uniformly later. I got my order in pretty much as soon as the store stabilized, so I think Nov 9-13 is probably the earliest quoted delivery window for that 14CPU/30GPU/36GB/1TB spec.

Still shows Preparing to Ship but it has shown up in the UPS app. Shipped from Shanghai over night. Still there as of right now.

Same. No delivery date yet. But I hope it will be next week based on past shipments.

How do you use the ups app…tried in the past no luck…

Oddly enough logged in and see it now! and bonus I saw another package I’m waiting on!

Now a true bonus would be getting it before the 15th

My fully loaded 16" is showing up in the MyUPS app now. It's been in Shanghai since the 2nd at a UPS facility so probably waiting for a flight with a batch of others. Can't wait to get it on Tuesday!

Dunno if it would take a bit for UPS to scan shipments to associate it to your new account or not... I've also heard you can use the order number somehow as a reference ID - but I haven't been able to reliably get that to work.

I gotta stop checking too - My new M3max hasn't left Shanghai as far as I can tell. Hoping it gets on a plane and gets here soon!!! :)
