Has anyone been to the Apple Store in AUS or NZ? What are the standard options they have same day in the store? Do they have any nano-texture available in-store?
Start an order on your local Apple website and it should tell up front the availability and when in your stotres.

I got Nov 8 delivery this very am, then just now I checked it is showing in transit and will be delivered (sadly) on the 11th through UPS website. Currently still showing in transit (china). it looks like delivery tomorrow is very much less likely

Ordered on October 30th, CTO highly spec'ed.

No Louisville scan for me yet so tomorrow is looking much less likely.
Wrote this in another thread, but even if it arrived in Louisville tonight (midnight local time), it still takes time to clear customs and get loaded on a plane.

Perhaps you are local to Louisville; however, in my experience delivery is 2 business days after first scan in Louisville.

Here's the typical timeline for new MacBooks (and matched how my own M4 Max / 128GB is tracking for delivery tomorrow):

* Departs Zhengzhou on day 1 @ ~5pm local time
* Departs Incheon that night ~midnight
* Departs Anchorage, day 1 ~4pm (yes, same day due to crossing the date line)
* Arrives Louisville on day 1 ~midnight
* "Import Scan" in Louisville on day 2 ~noon

Then.... it departs Louisville on day 2 for local delivery on day 3. In theory it could arrive on day 2 but that's not so likely in my experience. It seems to take the better part of the day to process in Louisville and get to the final designation for delivery.

Exactly the same situation here. Let's hope it's just outdated, cause on DHL site it says the last update was 9am and it's already 10pm here, so I'm guessing it's gonna update tomorrow and show either the package being out for delivery suddenly or we'll have to wait until Tuesday anyways.

EDIT: I already received the invoice by email from Apple in PDF, I don't know if it's a sign it's about to be delivered.
Mine left a DHL facility in East Midlands at 5 am, but delivery date still 12th

4 days to get from Derby to Liverpool is… impressive.

Could literally walk there faster 🤣

I just ordered a 14” MacBook Pro M4 Pro base CPU/GPU 24 GB/1 TB yesterday to replace my 2017 15” MacBook Pro. Excited to be upgrading after a long while without OS updates.

Apologies for being "that person" I have been on the road solid for 6 weeks so I have not read through this thread but wanted to give you a heads up / curious if others....

I am:

16-inch Liquid Retina XDR display²
Standard display
2TB SSD storage
Backlit Magic Keyboard with Touch ID - US English
64GB unified memory
Apple M4 Max chip with 16‑core CPU, 40‑core GPU, 16‑core Neural Engine

Ordered within moments of it being available and was told it would be available today.

I usually watch the little green order bar move, but, I have been presenting all day, flying at night, presenting next day, etc. for weeks.

I headed to the store I scheduled for a pickup and went to the app to get my order wallet going.

It's on me that I totally should have thought through why I did not see a pickup email, but I jumped in a friend's car right after finishing my work.

My MBP is not due until November 15th. By then, I will be on the other side of the US.

Apple confirmed they never sent a delay email when they delayed my delivery on the 5th.

So, maybe this conversation has already happened many pages back, if so, apologies.

Just curious if anyone else has run into this and also give people a heads up, but, I would think if you are on this forum. you have been watching the status bar move.

Really was a bummer also when the store said wow, sorry. Call Apple (which I did). I get the two are not the same but bleh.

I hope I am an anomaly and your orders are going swimmingly. They said my MBP has begun to ship and they are trying to reroute it.

Damn sorry to hear that.

I didn't order on launch day so I expected some delay. I'm looking like I will be ahead of my originally scheduled delivery since it is already in UPS' stream (I was originally estimated for 11/21-26).

Since yours is also a Configure to Order (CTO) and I've seen that most of those have been after launch day. It is quite possible it just got caught up in that reality. Where Apple prioritized base models for now.

My MacBook Pro (14", M4Pro 14c/20g, 24GB/1TB) arrived today a half-hour ahead of the delivery window. I had to wait until I got in from work to unbox it.

This is my first purchased Mac, having originally intended on buying the Mac mini back in 2005 but it never happened. For many ongoing reasons, I never bought a Mac until today. Now, I don't feel like an imposter on this forum. 😃

Got a Mac M4 Pro, 14", 24Gig, 1TB from the Apple Store. Ordered at 9:00 AM, picked up at 10:30 AM. Trading in my M2 Air. The migration assistant copied the files and folders, but a lot of settings were missed, both Apple and some applications. Spent the better part of six hours getting everything back the way I want it.

The machine is fast, about twice what the Air was when doing some photo manipulation with Lightroom. Overall it was not a compelling, or necessary upgrade. I just wanted the new machine.

Upgraded to the same MBP from the same MB Air. Air was a 15” which was awesome. Went with the 14 and it’s taking some getting used to.

What's a silly little inch? The 16 Pro was too large. I liked the 13" Air for traveling, light and fit on plane tray. The 16" Pro would not fit easily on the tray. I upped the resolution on the 14" Pro and it seems to work just fine for my needs. To each their own and nice to have choices. Enjoy your machine.

It’s funny because mine is all over. When I click Apple for status it says delivery 11-15. If I then login it changes to 11-19. But then ups updated today to delivery Monday 11-11. lol

On order it was 11-19. Mine is upgraded to 2tb ssd and 42ram with nano. Hence the original longer time.
