When did this revelation occur? After you wrote this?

That was in 2015. Did your fingers stretch?

As I just said in a different post, I gave the 6 another chance later (or it was the 6s, don't remember) and got used to having trouble reaching the upper left corner. I currently have the 7. With the X though, it is not the upper left that gives me trouble, but rather the lower left, which I would have to use constantly when typing messages. Hence my disappointment.

I just state my experience, I am sure people with bigger hands or those who operate it two-handed have no issues.

Of course they are. However, of the 100+ professional reviews out there i have not heard one complaint regarding the screen. Size, facial recognition, no home button etc. fine. Bit screen quality???

To be honest, not one review of previous iPhones, iPads, MacBooks etc stated issues with screen tint, colour shift, yellowing etc, and that's been an issue for years. So....

Fact is...it won’t work for everyone and we all have different wants and needs. Tons and tons of iPhones are returned every year. No reason to get agitated, or throw around labels over someone wanting to return their iPhone X.

You know what I tried to come here and be honest but I’m out enjoy your phone sorry for being honest

Exactly. I simply voiced my experience, and this is what forums are for, right? Anyway, I am simply disappointed that the X is not for me, I was really looking forward to the new tech & design. But I am sure most people will get a lot of enjoyment out of it...

Not that I don't believe you, but wouldn't it be better to take a photo of the actual phone?

The one he is holding to take the pic? If he is trolling he has really gone out of his way to get a fake box.... ;)

There have been a number reviews expressing less than glowing praise about one aspect or another of the iPhone X, including FaceID. See for example The Verge:

[MOD NOTE]
A number of posts were removed, as they were derailing the thread. Its not anyone's place to state another member doesn't own a phone, and its ludicrous to accuse someone of this by their prior posting history.

Please debate the topic, for some the iPhone X can be a disappointment, for a variety of reasons, they are open to express those reasons without being attacked.

And in various threads, people accused The Verge of being haters etc etc too... seems some people just don't like hearing opposing views.

Your enforcing my point. "The OLED screen is GREAT"

Ok the reason the screen has a colour shift is due to how OLED display are currently mass produced.

Using an WOLED design ( white, red, blue and green pixels ) this is the reason for the above.

The last RGB OLED device was the OS vita gen 1.

Problem with true RGB OLED is decaying blue pixel so using a white substrate pixel it helps this issue but leaves a blueish tint when turned.

OLED has superior viewing angles to LCD and of course perfect blacks destroy LCD grey.

A good test is to play the opening credits of Glow on Netflix side by side on a X and 8 in the dark and tell me which one is better.

It turns blueish when tilting about 5+ degrees. I could probably live with it and would forget about it, but right now it still feels kind of cheap for a €1150 device...
There is a youtube video where a person reviews it a says that it has a blue tint to it when turned sideways.
