The iOS 10.x.x Beta Speculation Thread

My guess is next week. The latest tvOS 10.2.2 beta was only released on Thursday, and as they are likely to release the final updates for iOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS at the same time I think it's unlikely they would release them less than a week after the final beta (based on previous release cycles). Typically the final beta has had the week the beta was released, then a full week, before being released as a final build the following week. Next Monday my prediction.

It may well still be this week, but last weeks late tvOS release casts doubt on that IMO. What's the shortest time between the final beta release and the public release in the past? I don't recall one being as short as three or four days (including the weekend) before.

i'm thinking today based on the pattern we have seen for other updates recently.. they have been on mondays.

iOS 10.3.2 - monday
iOS 10.3.1 - monday
iOS 10.3.0 - monday
iOS 10.2.1 - monday
iOS 10.2.0 - monday


there you have it! it will be released today most likely.

I'm still going with next Monday. As someone posted yesterday, the last several releases have all come on a Monday, and there is normally a full week without a new beta before final release.
