Yesterday I read a comment by someone, stating that it's impossible for Apple to drop the 32-bit support in a .X release.
And today they dropped it in .X.X. :D:D:D

Doesn't seem like anything has been dropped so far, simply that at the moment something isn't available for some devices, which doesn't really say anything more than just that yet.

*If* 10.3.2 really doesn't support 32 bit devices (ever) then my prediction is 10.3.1 does exist, will support 32 bit devices and will come out in relatively soon, as once last mop up for 32 bit devices.
