There is literally no way of predicting apple anymore man. They are all over the place in terms of their beta releases and numbering etc
Maybe 10.3.1 sucked and they decided to go with 10.3.2 instead? Or, due to the Wikileaks thing, whatever they were going to put in 10.3.1 got put in 10.3 instead? Who knows!

Or they demoted 10.4 to 10.3.2?so much for iOS 10.4
Does kinda reinforce the "iPad event in April" idea. Don't think they're going to squeeze one into March, though!
Also possible. But 10.3.1 might be a imminent release. Last minute 10.3 bug fixes.
Yesterday I read a comment by someone, stating that it's impossible for Apple to drop the 32-bit support in a .X release.
And today they dropped it in .X.X.

Could be something that they are still sorting out somewhere in relation to 32-bit devices since it seems at least some people didn't get 10.3 OTA for those devices, but were able to upgrade using iTunes.
If they omit the 10.3.1 release and release 10.4 after 10.3.2 - it should be available soon.
*If* 10.3.2 really doesn't support 32 bit devices (ever) then my prediction is 10.3.1 does exist, will support 32 bit devices and will come out in relatively soon, as once last mop up for 32 bit devices.
so what is everyones guess on when we are getting iOS 10.4 since there was a bug report saying its coming?
