There will be an IOS 11 forum anyway. So I vote to start a new therad once iOS 11 is released on Monday. Bye bye iOS 10!

Seems like the votes for start a new one carries the day. Unfortunately, I will be busy during the keynote, so someone else may need to start it (though we all know there will be a beta that day, so no real rush to start it!)

I wouldn't expect iOS 11 public beta until developer beta 3 at least.
I wouldn't even install any version of iOS 11 until around early September. These early beta's are full of bugs and can ruin the iPhone experience. (I speak from past experience)

Have run PB on both iOS 9 and 10. Some minor glitches and features that are not usable until the final release. But generally an ok experience Everyone's experience is different. I will not run DB1 on my work phone, though, at least until it's clear there are no showstoppers.

However - and this is important- if you install, make sure you have a backup, preferably an encrypted backup ahead of time. Otherwise you'll lose any health data and other stuff if you have to revert.

Will Apple Watch work as expected if I install iOS 11 Beta on my iPhone, but don't update the Watch to watchOS 4 Beta?
Its too hard to tell. It could be buggy. I remember last year people having issues with iOS 10 and watchOS 2.0. And then I believe it got to the point where the watch needed to be on 3.0 to work with iOS 10. Like you couldn't pair a 2.0 watch with iOS 10. I had issues with that.

Possible iOS redesign would be nice .
Don't expect a redesign. The theme is every 3 years a small update, every 6 years a full redesign. We just got our update with iOS 10.

iOS 1-3
iOS 4-6
iOS 7-9
iOS 10-12

Next redesign (major overhaul) will be iOS 13.

LOL! You may be correct, but I think I'd stop trying to out predict Apple based on past trends. Remember, this is a big year for them so a more significant update could be forthcoming. Or not!
