Are you going to test the beta?
Probably not. Trying not to get too obsessed with these blockers. =D

Hi Chris, good to have you here!
Will you be putting something in place to block the annoying EU cookie warnings we get over here in the UK/Europe?
I encourage you to put him on your ignore list, your resources are too valuable to waste in this manner. Just a thought.I understand. The point is, you haven't been consistent in your actions. People can see that and tend to tune out the inconsistent cheerleading that often turns rude.
Who wants to keep posting in a thread where they are apt to see you giving someone the 'business' or railing about how crappy another app is?
Bottom line is nobody owes anyone else here an explanation as to why a certain app is supported and used. It is one thing to give one's opinion. It is quite another to go about it the way you have been in the thread.
I rather talk about apps than deal with this same rhetoric day in and day out. How about working with us to turn the thread around, Hank?
Do you think any apps have any plans to allow other applications like @tweetbot to use blocking in their apps?Sure. Working on it as we speak.

Yeah, apps that use the SafariViewController can take advantage of content blockers. Apple is even encouraging this on the developer website.Blocking works in Tweetbot 4 as its using Safari viewer or whatever it's called in app

Yep, just saw the update. I'm wondering if this change was 'encouraged' by Apple."Safari Blocker" has been renamed to "Refine".
are you going to release purify for mac safari? As a couple of others have mentioned, apps are encouraged and are starting to adopt Safari View Controller. Tweetbot 4 (just released today) uses that, so Purify will work there automatically.

Hi Purify developer,
Will you be looking to introduce individual toggles for social plugins and comments? I enjoy reading comments on websites like macrumors, but would prefer to have social plugins hidden (e.g. Facebook, etc).
I think you should consider getting purify into testflight for betatesters -) to try the pipeline features
could you please be more specific about the icons? any suggestions how to improve them?Still keeping an eye on Adblock Multi, but the settings icons hurt my eyes

Second beta build was pushed to TestFlight today. Whitelisting is ready within the app, safari extension coming today-tomorrow. Please send me PMs on your results!
I thought content blockers worked in Twitterrific. I am still seeing "On the Deck" ads. Am I missing something?
Twitterrific wants you to pay $2.99 to turn off the "On the Deck" ad at the top of each page, or buy the app for $5.00. I am not inclined to do either, at this point. They should work as Twitterric uses the Safari View Controller
