Err, the iPhone 6 Plus is also thinner. Great job focusing on only one dimension out of three.

And as noobinator points out, it's also lighter.

It's taller because they have to include Touch ID. But, its thinner and lighter.

Those who've done hands on are giving real positive feedback about the curved edges too

If it's larger than a N4, it's surely larger than the G3. The G3 is smaller than the N3.

Because take away that complaint and what's left? Pretty much gotta focus on something to rant about or what's the point?

The only thing that really matters is weight, width and depth. Which is areas where the iPhone 6+ wins in all of. Well unless you for some reason hold your phone with the fingers on the bottom and top of the phone and not the sides...

NOTE 4:
153.5 x 78.6 x 8.5mm
176g

iPhone 6 Plus
158 x 77.7 x 7.1mm
172g

So the Note 4 is less than a mm wider but is shorter and has a larger screen with higher resolution and AMOLED. I think I'm going with the Note 4. If the iPhone 5 Plus had the rumored resolution that was closer to qHD I might for the screen but I don't imagine the screen will be better than the Note 4. And a deal breaker for me has been the inability to adjust YouTube quality over cellular data on iPhone, which can be done on Android. Peace!

6 reminds me Galaxy S III with those round edges and very similar dimensions.

Simple: Buy and enjoy your barely smaller (not really) android phone that is going to be glitchy and deliver a terrible user experience in comparison to iOS.

Don't forget all that RAM you're getting as well

My thing is that y'all complain so much, yet you know you you're going to buy it anyway.

Come on.

The current crop of Android is hardly laggy... Snapdragon 805 chip in Note 4 hasn't hiccuped at all in hands on reviews. Back in the days? Yes. If we're talking lag then let's talk about iOS7 on my iPhone 4 tho....

The Note 4 definitely looks modern compared to the iPhone Plus. The iPhone's bezel design looks outdated. That's just my opinion.

What I noticed from watching several Note 4 hands on reviews was that it was a bit slow in responsiveness when tapping/clicking on things. I would have to try it out for myself before I make a final judgement but judging by the huge screen resolution I don't think it will be that fast as I would want it to be.
