I've owned Gold/White/Black I've never owned a blue iPhone so I'm going with the blue one in Pro Max, My mom will love the Gold one so I'll get her that one

You’re showing the iPhone SE, the iPhone 5s I have is way way way lighter than that photo. It is more of a champagne gold. The iPhone 12 Pro looks way more like yellow gold
There was a noticeable difference in the shade of gold between the 5s and the 2016 SE. The 5s was way classier.

The iPhone 12 Pro gold looks like bling.

I think it still has the champagne gold color back only the stainless steel is gold.

Yea this gold is beautiful. The back glass still seems to be the creamy color I love about my gold xs max and I imagine the band will be like the ss gold watch, which I also own.

That being said, my favorite iPhone ever was the matte black 5, so Im going with graphite this year since its the closest weve got to reincarnating that perfect phone lol.

It looks the same gold as the 11 Pro, and that’s not the same gold as the XS, it’s more blingy and less creamy.

I bought the 11 pro max in gold last year but returned it after a few days. In different lighting it looked like rusted brass copper crap. I exchanged it for the space gray and have had it for over a year. If this years gold is just gold gold or even a little bit of a yellow gold I’m going to get it. Of course I’ll still need to see it in person but from the renders it looks great 😊 👍🏻

Disagree. The 11 Pro gold is nice, not creamy. The 12 Pro looks to be exactly the same...

One thing I also have noticed - If you go to Apple's page and check out the iPhone it is filled with a Pacific blue theme. Thus making it very exclusive.

I would say without a doubt it will be the most popular similar to Midnight Green last year. Myself had a bit of buyers remorse after opting for the new color last year that I am staying away from the blue offering for the 12 Pro. If it was a darker and deeper blue, I might consider but its to much reminds me of what they did last year with the muted faint color that I will probably get sick of it after the honeymoon period of owning it is over. The one thing I dont like about the live events is there are usually a ton of hands on videos after the event by bloggers so you can see different angles and under different lighting than the shots just on Apples site.

Too blingy. All the instagram models will be taking selfies with it.

& the back looks awful, like all previous gold iPhones...
Imagine caring that much about what other people do with their phones.

Yeah I noticed most people ended up getting bored with the midnight green and fast

It looks the same gold colour as my 11 Pro. I’ve had my 11 Pro since launch day and the colour hasn’t ‘worn off’ or scratched.

I had the gold 11 also and I thought it looks more like a frosted gold.

This new gold seems to have more pop/shine as described in their video.

It does look stunning in Gold and definitely worthy of that ‘Pro’ price tag alone. There will be people buying the Pro models just for the premium stainless steel finish, and not give 2 hoots about the camera. Me personally I’m getting the 12 mini though.
