I like their cases. I already have a few picked out now.
The new gold looks cool and all, and I would probably pick it if there wasn't a blue option. I am getting tired of gold, silver, white and black, so the new blue is very refreshing to me.

I have a gold 11 Pro. The 12 Pro is the same colour gold as the 11 Pro.

That’s just the sides. The sides of the 11 Pro are also shiny.

Getting CaseMate Twinkle Ombré. Clear at top and graduates to gold twinkle at bottom.
The gold looks really good, but I know I'd get sick of it within a month. Silver/White are ageless.

Gold is very wicked colour even better than pacific blue. If I were a lady/girl, I would surely go for it.
It is most certainly not the same color as the 11 Pro. The 11 Pro gold is much more of a rose gold than the 12 Pro gold. See the link or screenshot below.

The color of gold on the 12 pro has changed to match the series 6 ss watch, it is not the same as the previous 11 pro that you have, one is more copper and one is a more yellow gold. Apple has publicly mentioned this a few times. Referring to it as the “new gold”.

Thanks for the side by side pic. I had the XSMax gold, didn’t like the pinkish gold the way it looked in the case. Went Midnight Green 11PM last year, but going to the Pro12 Gold this time. Looks like gold gold, haha. Of course the way the sunshine or light hits it will have something to do with it.
And love the look with the flat edges too.

It’s a tricky color. Sometimes it looks very green and sometimes it looks grey. I’m happy with it and haven’t gotten tired of it but it’s disappointed some people who wanted a more definite green.
I’m a bit uncertain about the Pacific Blue because I do like my blues to have a more definite blue and not look in between different hues.

The 11 Pro gold is better than the 12 Pro gold, no contest. It’s like the XS Max gold I had. Loved it.
Ultimately, get whatever color speaks you. I’m a woman who likes bling, sparkles, and shine, but I am not a fan of this year’s Gold color.
